Just wanted to say sorry guys for my posts I do agree a lot with you. I guess just been very grumpy this week as been very ill since friday. And last days high fever and flu symptons meaning not had any energy to work on my sites and mainly been bed all day with hot drinks etc. REALLY FRUSTRATING!! But just wanted to say your all great guys here and we are in this to help each other and players.

With this I wanted to say not really or normally me to be defending the Casino part or going against players in problems. I think I just got Casinomeister tifidilus..........As been there so many years. I used to fight them problems but in the end Casino (casinomeister) wins most of the time.

I had a long battle years back against Casino La Vida in a joke of a dispute after winning on a no deposit I was never paid my winnings £300. As I was called bonus abuser. Something that still makes me feel angry day today and comes back to hunt me. Not well enough to go into all details here but will do if interested. But bottom line was i lost my PAB and casino went free as if they were great. Since then lot of problems with them.... I had all evidence in emails which was never used. I was accused of blackmailing them and other stupid things. So yeah I might be taking Casinomeister to highly and good to be reminded about my own case around 3 years ago.

Soon update in the 32Red drama from casinomeister > Just an update. We are waiting for confirmation from the player that everything is in order. As soon as we do, the thread will be reopened.


Seems some kind of mutual agreement has been made. So def. the player has been paid half / most or something else in advantage for the player I think.

Let's keep CM and your thoughts on if they are good or bad to yourself. No reason to disparage Bryan, IMO. CM does a lot of good out there.

yes, I agree with that. I just do not want AGD to be a place where we disparage other forums (affiliate or player). It becomes an 'us against them' and that is not how I prefer to view it. Stating facts is good, stating that they suck or are bought and paid for... that isn't for AGD posting - it can be posted elsewhere, IMO.

Though, this thread, like others that pop-up now and then, contained an issue, which clearly, others could relate to or had a similar experience. Which will most likely produce feedback.

Player has been paid (minus the extra bonus), just FYI:

Ok - we have a conclusion to the issue. The player has been paid - which he has confirmed - £25k.

After discussing the issue with 32Red, the consensus was that there was human error involved and that the player should be paid minus the bonus amount given in error. (That amount will be donated to a charity TBD BTW). The reason that the casino changed its original stance is that there were other factors which were ultimately cleared up. Those factors are not free for me to discuss but those factors, in the eyes of the PAB service, were sufficient justification for the initial stance taken.

So there you have it.

Yeah, it's good the player was paid, as he should. I can't belive some memebers on CM seem to think he should have known the bonus was wrong.

Bryan is a very good salesman and he sells casino traffic for which he has found a niche by those that want to hang out there.

I'm happy this was settled. 32Red were, in the instance wrong!

As far as the lynch mob...The seed was planted. And, in their eyes Joseph was lying. It is what is is over there!

I would have handled it differently.

Posted the player got paid and left it at that, then locked the thread.
What point is there having the thread reopened. Other than allowing the bias member base, to take further pot-shots at Joesph, while telling 32Red their top blokes. If they're this great, they wouldn't have tried to weasel out of paying in the 1'st place!
