When casinos have minimum ndc / m, then it's no idea to work with them. I mean, SEO is like a rollercoster with periods on the top and sending lot's of players as well as downswings that might end up with weeks if not months with low number of players.

Unibet was great in the very beginning but right after they changed their name to Kindred they become a program that really did not care about the great numbers generated from old players - instead asking to send more and more NDC's that was inpossible.

I often say "we affiliates start and make the casinos when they launch and make them big. After a while, the casinos adds brick after brick to their terms making it impossible to keep affiliating them"

Im sorry to hear about your experience with Kindred affiliates. Sadly they did the same to me this week. I thought it was a mistake because I had a few different ID's listed with old campaigns and had spoken with my AM Tunde, less than 3 months ago after receiving an email about my account not producing enough new players and being reduced to 10%.
I explained it was sending FTDs each month although not as many as it used to, and she said she would disable all of the ID's from older campaings/domains. I explained about the lower numbers being due to a recent hospital stay and the fact I had suffered with a recent Google update but was working hard once again to improve the rankings and conversions. She said the account would be fine for 6 months and we would review things then, and to continue my recovery and progress with my website.
Today after confirming my account has actually been suspended after her assurances less than 3 months ago, she actually stood by the account closure and told me to come back when the website improves and apply again!
Absolute scum bags, Kindred affiliates have stolen 8 years' worth of hard work and players!

Sorry to learn of that, Madz. Most of us have already been there with 32Red/Kindred - I certainly have. Next to look forward to if my history is anything to go by, is any excuse not to pay your remaining 10% and close your account(s).

Both Kindred and Betfred played the same 'don't worry about it' game with my own multiple accounts. Suddenly, they decided it was time (for me) to worry and played all the tricks they could to reduce my income from a healthy monthly resididual into utter zero.

These big operators are data-driven, and they must have made the calculation that this way forward is better, burn-all-bridges, and make more profits. I don't get it, I hope they hired a bad quant and burn to the ground.

For now BUT they too will be shafted at some point, like everyone else down the food chain has been.

Every program promises "life time revenue" but how many actually stand by that promise?
