I am not sure when this was addressed but no matter I will not derail this important debate we have going on here. Why did you not call Rhonda and talk to her as an important business marketing partner and explain what has happened and simply untag her account? Why did you take the approach that you have taken and bully her? I am just confused on why you keep going on about her one and only player is herself, when if you would have simply untagged her player account from the affiliate account and left it open I am sure she would have pushed the casino more to send more players as it stands now she has no chance to do that.

Hi

This is not the usual case of an affiliate testing/playing on his account. If I was an affiliate i would check my tracker as well. Not only that, we never look for this data and it was found just because of some strange behavior on the account.

You're asking why we just don't un-tag her from her account and continue as if nothing happened: The reason is that from our point of view, something in basic relations between business partners had been bridged and we decided that it would be the best for both parties to go our separate ways.

No one has any intention to "bully" Rhonda. We do have the right to choose our partners. Nothing strange about it.

If there will be any legitimate future earnings on her account, Rhonda will receive them, fully.

Rhonda, , First: I apologize that it took us time to send the reports. Second, as you said: in order for you to be able to monitor your earnings from the players you sent in the past - we will open your account. It is open for that reason only.

All the best,
Daniel

Personally, Daniel, I have played on the majority of my affiliate accounts. Probably 99% of them pre-UIGEA and about 80% of them post-UIGEA.

I've never had an issue with ANY program (even ones with the terms you mention). Affiliate managers are full-willing to detach (untag) my player account from my affiliate account without termination. I find termination in this case unreasonable. I understand ensuring that Rhonda does not get earnings from her player account - no problem. I even understand that she should repay (via commissions) any commissions she may have earned in relation to that player account.

but termination? There aren't any words you can put here that will make an affiliate (or the majority of affiliate managers) understand why you would terminate the account.

Sorry bud - the logic is simply wrong.

Hi Daniel,

What strange behavior do you mean? only when I made a complaint in September about the crappy player service, was my account checked for this, as you were looking for any excuse to bully me. as rick had said in one of our previous chats Quote" Rhonda you caused alot of trouble for us with that thread at AGD"

Hi Rhonda,

We don't close affiliate accounts because of posts they make. We decided that it would be the best to terminate our business partnership. It's a fully legitimate business decision.

Btw, we are not the first program to do so in your case.

As I said, you will be paid all your legitimate future earnings and we have no intention to harm your business.

Kind regards,
Daniel

Daniel,

How can you make this type of statement, as I was told by Rick to not send you anymore traffic, so you are hurting my business, as I had tons of links and banners to remove from my sites. like Andy said, it was extreme and unfair to close my affiliate account.

Hi Rhonda,

I think it's about time to close this thread and to get back to work since I completely don't understand what are you trying to achieve. To force us to work with you?

I think it would be the best for us to go our separate ways.

Kind regards,
Daniel

Am I to understand your sharing information with another affiliate program about an affiliate and player? How would you know if another program has closed her affiliate account?

Sorry you do not decide when and if threads should be closed on AGD. I am going to come right out and say I don't like your 'forceful' attitude in the least bit. I don't know about you but this is my work and I am working...

I would like an answer as to if you allow affiliates to play under their tag with properties that you acquire? Example Titan never had an issue with this so now that you own the brand do you have an issue? I am just wondering how it works because maybe you need to send a letter to all your affiliates stating that although the previous casino owners had no issue with this but you the new owners do and then explain you will untag the player account from the affiliate account.

Btw, Rhonda's case not related to CasinoTitan in any way.

I think that if there is one thing that no one can say about me is that my attitude is forceful.

Is/was the affiliate in question still sending traffic (as in clicks - not depositors) to the Affactive brands up until you decided to close the affiliate account? If so, then I can definitely agree with the majority here in saying that there is a better solution than the one that was taken.

However, if there was no effort being made to deliver traffic to the Affactive brands, then I really don't understand why Daniel is getting such a hard time from everyone (and quite frankly I'm surprised at the tone of some of the posts from several different members).

This is one of the more professional forums around; but that starts to get diminished when everyone is throwing around demands left and right.

I agree with some of the opinions that have been stated here...

It seems there was a pretty good relationship there. It sounds like she was an affiliate who brought in players (maybe not this month, but in the past) and she liked your casino enough to keep playing in it herself, which is a nice compliment from an affiliate I think (there are a lot of choices).

Seems to me the smartest business move would have been to simply untag her player account from her affiliate account and not give it another thought.
