We have been informed by Best Partners that their affiliate account management (admin.bestpartners.com) changed URL to accounts.revenuenetwork.com on December 17:

You will still be able to log in to the Best Partners site to view all the data from Jan 2019 to Nov 2019 within 3 months after the launch. Please log in to the newly upgrade account management site to get the latest tracking links.

they are not answering in the support system.. does anyone have a email contact for them... this month is crazy with affiliate software switch overs and the managers abandoning the affiliates in the process.

I haven't been paid my December earnings. The password reset on their new system doesn't work and the stats on the 'old' site haven't been updated sine the 20th.
Anybody got a clue what's going on?

They are doing migration and account updates slowly. Not everyone will receive the updated account details at once. The betting partners links are being redirected to Revenue network right now and will continue to be for 80 days (90 days originally).

We’re undergoing a few changes, but they are being rolled out in phases.

A Horrible Rollout from Betting Partners to Revenue Network

I have not been able to log in to my account for many months. Like many people on this thread, the changeover from Betting Partners (Best Partners) to Revenue Network came as a surprise. Not only a surprise, but also one of the sloppiest handovers I've ever experienced as an affiliate, and I've been doing this work for almost 15 years.

The Instructions Don't Work

I followed their simple instructions for logging in to the new affiliate portal. The instructions said to simply use the same username ans password that I used for Betting Partners. It said that once I'm logged in, I would be prompted to change my password.

Well, like so many other people on this thread, when I followed the instructions, NOTHING HAPPENED! I was not granted access to the site. I was instead greeted with a message saying that the username and password do not match up. I tried the "lost password and username" link, but it would not send an email confirmation. I tried a few different email addresses that I use (just in case), but nothing worked. No matter which email address I used, I never received a response. I was locked out of my account.

Support is Absent

So I sent an email to support. Nothing. I sent another email and then another, and also to multiple other email addresses related to both Revenue Network and Betting Partners. Again, nothing!

At the time, the Betting Partners site was still accessible, so I logged into my affiliate account there, and from within my affiliate account, I sent a communication (sometimes called a trouble ticket) to the affiliate managers at Betting Partners letting them know that I cannot access the new site at all, asking for some guidance... again, NO RESPONSE. Betting Partners used to be great for communications. But I guess since they were switching platforms, they washed their hands of any affiliate service. The lights were on, but nobody was home.

No Stats, No Marketing Materials, nor Commission Payouts for Many Months

This process continued over many months. I was not able to access my stats nor request my commissions. No one ever replied to any of my emails. When the Betting Partners site finally went offline, all of their links and banners on my site were broken. And they still are. Since I can't access the Revenue Network site, I can't get the new marketing links. And they're not getting the traffic and potential new players.

But Hold On a Second... A Breakthrough!

Over the past couple days, I have spent hours and hours digging up information that could help unravel this major problem. I was starting to think that I'd been ripped off and even called my attorney to give him a head-up that legal action may be required. Even though I had been reading a lot of the casino affiliate message boards, it wasn't until recently that I noticed people posting the same problems that I have been encountering.

I read a post stating that the Revenue Network site has 2 separate logins: one for the affiliate site (marketing and stats), and a different one for the cashier. Like most others in this predicament, I did not know that. So, I went to the cashier login and clicked the "lost password" link. Surprisingly, I was sent an email with instructions for changing my password. I followed the instructions, and went back to the cashier login page, where it required my email address and the new password. I typed them in, and ... what do you know!? I successfully gained access to my cashier account! In it was a lump sum for all the commissions that I hadn't been paid in months. I was able to request a bitcoin withdrawal, which I received today. So, progress was made. However....

...Another Major Setback...

When I tried to use my cashier login credentials to access the stats/marketing side of the site, I was denied access. Instead of requiring for my email address to log in, as the cashier does, the stats/marketing site requires a username. I tried my old Betting Partners username. No access. When I click the link to reset my username, I never receive an email response. Same problem as before. I'm locked out.

I have even read here and on other message boards that if you add BP_ (or bp_) in front of your old username, or _BP (or _bp) at the end, that it'll get you in. But I have tried those things and nothing works.

Obviously, I'd like to be able to log in to the affiliate site, so that I can check my stats, but more importantly to get the new links and banners to update my site. Over the years, thousands of players have signed up to Betting Partners brands via my web site and promotions. Now, if someone visits my site and clicks a Bovada or Bodog link, they get sent to an error page. I would think that the managers at Revenue Network would want that traffic and business! I've been doing this a long time and I'm good at it. The least Betting Partners/Revenue Network can do is be good at it from their end.

Is There Anyone Who Can Give Assistance and Answers!?

I don't know what else to do. One one hand, I'm happy to have gotten my commissions paid out (more on that in a separate thread). On the other hand, what the hell are we loyal affiliates supposed to do when the management is dropping the ball so badly?

Come on, Revenue Network. You can do better than this!
