Affiliate Account Updates Needed

GIG Affiliates merged to Betsson Group Affiliates. We received the following email regarding the affiliate account updates needed:

"Dear Affiliate Partner,

We are delighted to welcome you to Betsson Group Affiliates and we're sure you'll enjoy being part of our Affiliate Program!

Important Information

To be able to log in to the Betsson Group Affiliates system, you require your new username, which will be “zec_ia_account username”.

To clarify, those migrated accounts for Income Access have prefix “zec_ia_” and “zec_nr” for NetRefer.

Therefore, it will be on the lines of:
Income Access: zec_ia_username
Netrefer: zec_nrusername

For example, if your username was “Test123” it would read zec_ia_Test123 or zec_nrTest123.

Now that you have your username you need to re-submit your email address in the "Reset password" section to reset your password. Your old password could not be carried over for security reasons.

You can then login using your new Username and Password

I am still having trouble - I can not get access to my GIG brands account.

Your system doesn't seem to be able to cope with both old accounts (Betsson and GIG) having the same user name and e-mail.
I did the password reset thing - but that didn't change the situation.

I did communicate with support as suggested, but my last e-mail on December 7th went unanswered and so I am still stuck

Can YOU help please?

We are having the same problem here, same username.

Am a bit grrrrr, another affwallet, another betsson account.
Oh man! I do hope we can maybe merge my accounts?
