affiliate hub payments

Hi, i,am pretty new to this affiliate marketing and was just a bit concerned about sky payments, i only managed to get a couple of rmp so far but was looking forward to seeing some rewards for my efforts. However i have see nothing, is there a delay i don't know about or is this normal. i 've tried contact affiliate hub but to no reply.
I would appreciate experienced your feedback on this matter, thanks???

I need a bit more information such as:

• How Much are you owed?
• What month's stats are you owed for?
• What email have you contacted?

That, plus your affiliate id at Sky would help. You can provide the id after answering the questions above. I'll give you an email for that, if necessary.
