Please be informed that all player data and information will be restored.

We are extremely sorry for this occurrence and please understand that it was independent from us and our team is working to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Thanks! Indeed...they've been responsive and all, I guess things will be sorted out. However, it's been taking a bit too long, the situation seems a little weird honestly...no backup whatsoever? We've requested a cash out just before this had occurred, and they said they can only process it when the platform is back... Let's see, so far it's not back
