Affivalue (former Westcasino Affiliates) not paying

Affivalue (former Westcasino affiliates) with the current brands (Slotgems, Betmaximus, Goldwin & MrWest) is not paying anymore.
Since the transition from Westaffiliates to Affivalue there were always delays in payments.

Now we have the following commisions state:

Sep 24: 1300€ (paid)
Oct 24: 21.000€ (NOT paid)
Nov 24: 1100€ (paid)
Dec 24: 3400€ (NOT paid)
Jan 25: 1000€ (NOT paid)

As you can see they paid Sep 24 & Nov 24 by the end of December 24. Why they don't pay Oct 24 - we dont know. No explanation for this from their side.
So we asked again and again for payment(s).. Beginning 2025 we were in contact with the AM, but there were only excuses and "we will do our best...".

Since 3 weeks no answer anymore. Not sure if they will pay overall any commission. So please be aware.

Update: We know from Colleagues, that the AMs are responding. So they apparently ghosting us on purpose.

I have Riza and Nicoleta as contacts. Both are online almost every day. But they are not responding to me anymore.

@freakspin I have exactly the same situation here.

I have also seen a massive change since the transition from Westaffiliates to Affivalue. Terrible.

I am owed over €11k of RS from last Dec and they are not paying. This will go up again at the end of this month. Invoices have been sent and I keep getting excuses like "Finance is not very responsive"

My contacts are also Riza and Nicoleta. Shameful.

It's not the first time this has happened and it certainly won't be the last.

Fingers crossed we gat a solution.

FYI: Today I received a Skype of one of the AffMans, Nicoleta, saying she is leaving the company and her last day is on Monday. Message is below:

"Hey everyone,

Just a quick note to let you know that I’ll be moving on to another project starting April 1st, with Monday being my last day.

A huge thank you for all your support with the Gladiator & Upscale projects—it’s been an absolute pleasure working with such wonderful professionals! If we cross paths again, don’t be a stranger.

My colleagues are fully up to date with all details, progress, and chat history, so the transition should be smooth. That said, if there’s anything you need from me before I go, just let me know.
