The system did not acknowledge that a PM was sent or show it in the 'sent' items folder.

I think your options may have been reset and you have to 'check' that you want a copy placed in your sent items folder

Internet Explorer issues *shoulld* be fixed now. Header is still an issue for Recent Forum Posts, though. I have asked them to fix asap.
