I never received an email from Netrefer and am not able to log in.

HI There,

As many may know Club Gold Casino has switched over to the improved BetRevenue Affiliate system.
This system offers easier campaign and ad creation as well as management along with a less cluttered interface while still providing all the required information.
Furthermore this affiliate system has proven to be very stable.

Your affiliate statistics were carried over from the old Net Refer system, however due to incompatibility issues between the two systems personal information such as email addresses, banking details and Company names as linked to affiliate accounts could not be carried over to the new system. Therefore in order to access your affiliate account on this new system we will require your Net Refer user number. This number was emailed by Net Refer to each affiliate and appears as NR-XXXXXXX.
Once you have provided your Club Gold Affiliate manager with this user ID your BetRevenue account will be updated with your new email address and username.
A temporary password will be allocated to your account along with your username and the affiliate manager will email this information back to you which you can then use to log into the new system.
This password can be updated by you once you have logged into your BetRevenue account from the Settings> Profile Management tab.

This new system is fairly easy to use and an explanation will be provided below:

1.Affiliates can create different advertising Campaigns from the "Campaigns" tab by clicking on the "Add new Campaign" button.
From here you can then provide an internal name for your campaign as well as a description as required by you.
This feature will make it easier for affiliates with numerous websites to be able to distinguish easily between traffic from each site, provided that each site is created as its own campaign.

It is not required however that you create a campaign and you can use your Default campaign should you not wish to use this feature.

2.To obtain your affiliate link as well as advertising materials you can select the "Ads" tab.
From here you can then select the "Create Advert" button and an information screen will then open where you can provide an internal name for your desired ad as well as select the campaign which you wish this ad to fall under.
If you are not going to use the campaign feature you can then just select Default Campaign in this drop down list. The information field for the Target option can remain empty as this information is not required at this time.
You can then select the landing page where you wish for this advertisement to refer your player to, at this time the default page is our 100% bonus offer page and more will added in the near future.

Once you have followed the steps above a new page will open where you can then select the banner which you wish to use for your advertisement, you can choose your selected banner by clicking in the tick box provided in the top left corner of the banner. Once you have selected your banner you can then click on the "Save Advert" button and an information box will then open providing you with the banner in its correct size which you can then save as well as your affiliate link for this particular advert. The affiliate link is named "Direct Link" and this link is specifically for your affiliate account and is unique. This link will differ with each advertisement you select to create, however each of the generated links will be specific to your affiliate account.
You can use this link to advertise through any image or any click through link and it does not strictly have to be linked to the banner which you have selected.

It is very important to note that you will be required to update your Net Refer affiliate link as used previously with one of these new links as the old links no longer work and only the new links as provided by the BetRevenue system will work correctly.

You might want to check to see if your old affiliate links actually were tracking in the last 2 weeks of January, because I was told at that time, that none of the old affiliate links would be tracking, and that affiliates would have to wait until the new system was online with new affiliate links.

After hearing that, I ended up dropping them.

By the way, has just found this line implemented in the new terms and conditions, watch out for this:

"An active affiliate is defined as an account which has generated a minimum of 10 new depositing and betting customers for the Merchant’s client site of Betrevenue within a 1 month period. If an account does not meet these requirements, at the sole discretion of Betrevenue management, future commission payments may be withheld."

crap - forgot about this. I have to force the spider to look at a new URL for them. It can jump internal, but jumping to a new domain isn't something I have progammed in yet thanks for the reminder - I will have to get a new terms alert out on these guys.
