Hi guys

Any of you got paid by Mraffiliate/mrgreen the last couple of months?

Heard from other affiliates that they missed payment in October. And so far in November no payments have been made, as far as I know.

In the Mraffiliate FAQ they now have removed all info about when and how they pay out to affiliates. https://www.mraffiliate.com/faq/ - Shady!

I send them a message through the form at the webpage. But no answer yet. 10 days almost passed.

Until now MrAffiliate has paid always on the 15th of each month.

But there was some changes last.

e.g. taken by 888 group, or the closure of german and austria market

Maybe they are realigning new and this have influence of some payments, i have no idea.

@BestNetEntCasinoCom there are some issues that are causing payment delays, as the rep advised in this thread.

"October payments are still in pending as the investigations are still ongoing.

As per our previous email, we will keep active communication with our affiliates. However, please note that no messages from the forum have been received from affiliate ID *****.

Affiliates may contact us directly via email on affiliates@mrgreen.com.

Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience this delay is causing."

Finally after 3-4 e-mails there was some answer today.We might get paid next week! :

Ok so by Monday morning this week they finally updated the stats and balance for outstanding payments in the income access software. How they only have to press the payment button.

Four days later they have not clicked on the payment button yet!! What are they waiting for? They are already a month late. Dont they have the money?
Just irritating. Now new payment month is up and I think we are lucky if we get paid in December for November months revenue

Friday 9 dec I got this e-mail from them :
"October payments are in process and November payments will follow.

As per previous communication the delay was caused due to technical and data issues.

Let us know if you have any further queries."

Now its Wednesday the 14 dec. No payment recieved yet! These guys are now two months behind on payments and seems like they dont care anymore.

Well another Friday is soon passed and no payments and no communication from MrGreen/Mraffiliate. This program is a absolute joke after WH got their hands on it.
Only a few days then I guess these guys are going on X-mas vacations, and no payments this year.

These guys are two months behind now. Actully I think they might be three months behind. My September stats was negative, so can say for sure if they paid for September, but I have info from another affiliate friend that was in plus in September that have not got paid yet (small amount over the min. payout).

Im surprised that not mere affiliates are upset about this. Only me and one, two affiliates in another forums complaining. MrGreen is a big brand in Scandinavia with ads running every five minutes frem channels. What are the Scandinavien super affiliates doing? They must have big amounts pending!

I sent them e-mails everyday for updates, no reply. I even reached out on facebook. No reply. They have not even checked the facebook message efter 1½ day. What are the employees of this program doing? They are not communicating, have no promos set upm no new banners etc. And are not paying on top of that.

The representive in AFG have not been online since 21 November!! What a joke.

As per the update we received, October payments are currently in process, and November payments will be processed as soon as October payments are finalized. We didn't get any precise information on ETA.

I'm sure the payments will be coming in. After the Mr Green was acquired the payments have been late no doubt, but the money has been received by the end of the month. Some errors have occurred after the acquisition but I am sure that the money will arrive and the problem will be fixed if it hasn't been fixed already.

At this point iam not sure of anything.
Allright it was ok if they paid in the end of the month. I dont mind a 5-10 days delay. But we are talking about October months renevue that sould been paid about 15th November. Now we are at 19 december! They are more than a month late on this payment alone.
Remember they have not paid out yet for September months revenue either as far as I know. So they are 2 months behind on payments!

They are giving affiliates the run around. Not answering to e-mails, facebook etc. When they finally reply is something like "October months payout is in progress" ...Well that was what you said in the end of November. HAve you been sleeping for 19 days!?

And mraffiliate have not even updated the stats for November months revenue in the payment center. November months revenue is due. So in a couple of days they are actully 3 months behind on payments

Knowing the Income access system it looks like more than a funding problem for me. If they have the funds they only need to push a couple of buttons to send out payments.

Have sent them a e-mail a day the last 10 days. Today I actully got an answer to my daily e-mail about update of the situation :

October is paid yes.
But about november commission noone of them dont know nothing as ussually. Now holidays after that need to check november data. I guess they will pay november in february. Mraffiliate and MRgreen as product is good. But now their arrogance to affiliates, normally it would be they would inform affiliates, but they act like everything is fine, they are good guys.
