I think an audit is needed for these guys to determine the real revenue share. I seem to lose 25-50% from deposits to NGR from this program. I realize players do win, but this is every month. Anyone else have deals with them? Please share your experiences

Are you saying ALL your players (every single one) are winning ever month? If that's the case, I'd be dumping the program.

I think he is referring to admin fees. I worked with them for a bit but in my case there were just to many registrations and no depositors so I gave up on them.

No not saying every single one, just that deposits - NGR - commission is very low

Yes it seems to be all admin fees. I would like to see an audit form AGD to get a true reflection. I had a period that showed total deposits of €4808.64, but only €2422.75 in net revenue. I contacted support and was told:

"The following formula is used in order to calculate the NGR = Bets - winnings - jackpot contributions - payment processing fees - around 20% from the GGR depending on the country."

They are offering me deals to give them top positions, for example 50% revshare. But if the true revshare is 25%, what's the point?

I believe they are the same team that operate Playluck Casino. The audit from AGD for Playluck shows a real revshare of less than half of advertised.

Anyone else had experience with these guys?

They are all Aspire Global. As i work with both of them, Playluck deposits was like this: 228.18 EUR NGR: 222.34 EUR. Not sure about Casiplay, i never had any players there.

The OP made a post today which caught my attention. I tend to check out posts made by members I'm not aware of... Hence why I've dug up a 2+ year old thread.

Fact... a white label could not give you a true 50% commission. I highly doubt any operator these days could. Unless of course they had some dodgy shit going on.

These commission tiers are all fucked up because clueless affiliates demanded higher percentages. Because of this, operators had to introduce a flurry of GGR deductions, to bring the over-inflated (what these clueless affiliates demanded) back into line with the FAIR commission %'s that were on the plate to start with.

Where this has all gone pear shaped; thank the clueless affiliates, most operators are NOW using these over-inflated commission tiers, to charge affiliates ridiculous GGR deductions. In the case of VideoSlots.com, where 40% becomes around 3.75% commission paid, VS are hitting affiliates with, what seems, their entire cost of running their casino and affiliate program. Which likely also includes parties, hookers and exotic car leases too.

Total affiliates pays me 30%.
If a player loses $1K, they pay me $300. They don't charge me to operate their business.

If a program offers you a TRUE 25% - 30% commission, your doing OK and the chances are your not getting shafted, shaved or scammed!

@Topdog25 - asking for an audit when... your part of the problem not the solution... is hilarious just sayin!
