Tim at Affactive emailed us asking if we would feature one of their casinos on our portal site. We spoke and I decided to give them a go in a good spot for a good reward.
What a mistake. We sent 2 depositors in about 10 days towards the end of our first month.
They never contacted me until I asked them had they altered the earnings for the month. Tim then states our 2 players are being checked by fraud. And states the players both threatened charge backs. This seems to be a regular excuse looking at this forum. People are saying stating they've been notified all of their players are threatening this action.
During discussions the only reason they stated for not paying wasn't down to chargebacks it was because they say the traffic was incentivised. They deposited small amounts. They stated the accounts were similar, they haven't elaborated in this, just stating it was incentivised traffic. These are a bunch of robbing c**ts.
They've stated that the players have been refunded and their accounts closed. Well, you can bet your bottom dollar this hasn't happened to my account or other members on here. Action needs to be taken as if they haven't done the said actions then they themselves are committing fraud.

Also all of their casinos have been voted the worst for 2010, 2011 and 2013. This takes some doing!

That is uncalled for. You, Erik, followed around every post of AffActive (even completely unrelated posts) and turned them into your own tirade against AffActive. THAT was why YOU were banned and it was for good reason. I had about 20 members ask me to ban you. What did I do? I put a 7 day ban on your account - not really all that restrictive if you ask me.

Now... please... back on topic.

Hi,
Not sure how to go about this as they wont give me the details of the players. But I wonder what would happen if someone was to set a sting website up, wait for their excuses and claims of account closures, when these accounts haven't been closed, which we all know is unlikely to have happened they will have actually committed fraud and serious questions would need to be asked about all the affiliates they have made this claim to over the years.

Hi,

I don't have all the details for your account in June. What I can say is that your stats were quite irregular: 2 sign ups / 2 players depositing the minimum available for your country. Not to mention - on a high CPA deal. Another detail is that you just joined our affiliate program last month.

I'm waiting for a report from our fraud department and I'll update this complaint again.

You're forgetting to mentioned. Tim contacted us and actively sought us out, we didn't come to you. I gave you an option of 2 spots on the site, you chose the highest. 2 from 2 isn't irregular, 20 from 20 is. I'm sure they both didn't deposit the exact same figures. So the fact I only just joined is down to Tim coming to us. not the other way round.

All you ever came back with is incentivised traffic. No reasoning, did these accounts use the same IP, deposit in the same way, fail KYC checks, come from the same area.

Having looked at the sites, they are so confusing, no wonder people wouldn't want to put much in, no direct sign up page, I find it hard to know how to play and would not put a large sum of money in. There's a reason why you're on the rogue list on CM, treat players poorly and now affiliates.

We are usually contacting new potential affiliates and that has nothing to do with the fact that the stats are irregular, 2 sign ups 2 players is the same. You barely sent traffic and we didn't work together for such a long time to be able to compare to something. If you have enough time on this industry, you probably heard that incentivized traffic is a problem that exists and operators have to deal with it.

I'm not stating anything else than facts. Still waiting for our fraud department to send a report about the players... and yes, I come with the same reason time after time because sadly we have a lot of cases of affiliates working on this modality.

I am not saying incentivised traffic isn't a problem in the industry. The fact is you didn't make any money from our 2 players, so far, I'd bet my earnings with you ($500) that the accounts weren't closed and refunded when Tim stated. 2 from 2 isn't irregular at all and 2 players isn't a big enough sample to state it's incentivised unless the points I mentioned above are there, IP etc. for reference last month with Eurogrand (a much better casino than the sh*te you promote) i got 9 from 9 and the turnover with their casino was over $65,000.

You sought us out because you saw our active PPC campaign, and the fact you sought us out and saw this, should give us a level of trust. The fact is, the 2 players we did send (could've been more) didn't make you any money in the short term. You lie, the first reason Tim gave is that both players threatened chargebacks (same reason you use for other people, very odd that all my accounts and all others accounts get this treatment)
Then when Tim tells me its incentivised, no mentioned of chargeback, if it was incentivised, logic says, why would they be charging back when it would have only been made to exploit your CPA system and depositing the minimum wouldn't have been an issue.

Reading some of the things about the casinos you offer, there isn't anything good to be said. Complaints of non payment for affiliates and things have gone down hill lately.

I'm glad I only sent you 2 players but rest assured I full compliant will be made with the regulators, if these accounts weren't refund and closed when Tim said, Thursday or Friday and if they didn't make chargeback claims then you are actively defrauding affiliates!

The facts, you don't have any.

Your fraud team will have made a report for you to have concluded the 2 players were incentivised. So where is this, why are you waiting for it? I'm pulling you to pieces and picking out holes left right and centre with your lies.
This report would be ready in hand within minutes if its true.


Don't come back with, incentivised traffic, that is NOT a reason, that would be a conclusion. The whole forum needs some clarity, god knows how AGD have given you a seal!

Perhaps you could offer some insight? Clara is claiming she is waiting for a report from the fraud team, this report would already have been done for them to reach the conclusion the traffic is incentivised, the report will have been made and stored somewhere which would be easily accessible. IF it was ever done, crux of the matter is, the players I sent didn't lose enough money for them in the beginning and juts simply don't want to pay. I know Eric has been on a personal crusade against them, justified or not, there is something seriously dodgy going on.

if not been on a personal crusade,they stole more players of me then from you.
exactly the same happend to me as to others i see now here
they own me 1800 and never showed me the proof of that incentivised traffic.The reason why i got so very very very mad is
1- Arogant managers that never answer on skype
2-calling me a thief wile its them that steel !
3-telling me to stop wasting there time ,after i spent hours in making a review and paying for email marketing there brands
4-the answers of Miss Clara Hans here, very insulting and treatening me like a newbie
So yes i said, GO FUCK YOURSELF. (its so rude to say fuck)
But i ask you ?
If somebody steels at least 2k of you and players and on top calls you a thief and then says ,stop wasting my time !
Would you get mad ! or just say ok sorry i wont bother you again ?

Lets look at some facts:
  • Rogued at CasinoMeister.
  • Affiliate complaints are piling up here and other affiliate forums, all being giving the same lame excuses.
  • AffActive is throwing around the chargeback threating excuse, then when that doesn't wash, changes it to incentivized traffic.
  • Affiliates contact Tim but are told to wait, he needs to gather information (or words to that affect). However those reports would be on hand. Instead affiliates are kept dangling.
  • Clara claims she too has no information...reiterating those reports would have been already completed by the accounts Dept., more stall tactics...
While all this continues, AffActive still has the AGD accreditation seal.

imo there are just too many of the same complaints, with indentical excuses given by Tim, Clara and AffActive to mark this down to dodgy affiliates making bogus claims... just sayin ;)
