AxeCasino affiliates - not paying commission - UNRESOLVED

Hello everyone! We're having an issue with AxeCasino Affiliates (brands Axe & FightClub Casino), as they still didn't process our outstanding commission amount after numerous chasers we've sent their way. Our AM Dmitriy left the company some time ago (he wasn't very helpful), and now our original contact is also not responsive, Axe (live:.cid.46540f5bebe1eb25). There was a lot of going back and forth with them even in the past, as the payments were always late + our FTD count had some discrepancies mostly. We'll completely remove all their brands (Axe, FightClub & Asino) from all our listings today, and for anyone else who's still promoting them, we advise to do the same. However, is there a way to get the pending payments from them, without pursuing legal actions? Thanks!

Hey @AussieDave, the last three threads/posts are regarding the pending payments, as per name of the thread, and we have hybrid deals in place with those partners. The previous threads we've created were more like alternative contact inquiry, since some of our AM contacts went cold at some point/left the company.
