In the secenario that an affiliate account becomes inactive, the company reserves the right to request termination of contract with the respective affiliate. The term inactive stated by this caluse, reffers to a state where the affiliate has not registered with us at least one new player with the time scope of 180 days or more.

Four (4) lines, and two (2) sentences. Aside from the predatory terms... Who, at this affiliate program, approved this misspelled, T&C's garbage.

No legitimate lawyer would send this to a client. Hence, it would seem, some inapt nitwit, at said program/company, wrote this him/herself

IDK how others feel, but AGD of late seems to be getting invaded by mostly White Label crap-holes, who, are getting "verified" by staffers, who are not actually reading, or more to the point, absorbing the trickery, in these T&C's.

To be fair, I believe many if not most of the programs with terms issues I have checked until now, and a lot of the programs have issues, and I am only at "B", changed their terms behind the back of AGD later after the certification.

It also happens with intent, that some don't let index their term pages by Google or by the Internet Archive.

So it's more important to check that programs to have accurate data to provide to the audience, because as you can see, many programs believe, the certification process ist a game, and the rules chan be changed later from their side.
