I have to say the best 2 programs for conversions and reliability are Vegas2Web & Dendera.
Their affy payments are usually made by mid-month too, which is another plus.

Other then Vegas2Web & Dendera the only other one I know of is Golden Cherry (Affactive) and they always pay me on time. I don't push them to hard but I get a player here and there.

If I recall correctly deckmedia now has a Desert Nights Rival and a Desert Nights RTG. Only the Desert Nights RTG is accepting US players.
