That usually happens when you break the T&C's from what I can see this looks like a fair decision

Requesting payment to go to a player account that's not in the name of the affiliate account... Instant red-flag there.
I'm sure there's more to this than Tolga Seven has divuldged here. I'm siding with Frank on this.
