Watch out for Betmaster Partners. We've had payment issues with them for over two months now.

They are not paying our comission for October 2020 and when we write to their affiliate manager on Skype he just says that he'll look it up. He's been saying that for over two months now and are always responding with that it should get paid soon but that never happens.

When we ask about what might have caused the delayment we get not answer back.

Did anyone else had issues with them before?

Hi Tom88, can I get your affiliate username in PM so I can see what the issue is?

I also didn't receive my commission for November (the month I started promoting them). Not very cool experience right from the start.

Your most welcome @nECA_BG . We received the information that your account manager is on vacation and didn't reply timely to you. Please let us know if you get updates.

@daniel kluge We have corresponded with the rep and they have provided evidence of fraudulent traffic which includes evidence of several players from the same IP address.

I do not accept the reply at all!..for 3-4 months they fooled around with me,they made me make 2 invoices, and now they use the IP as an excuse to not pay my commissions earned with hard work, I have never been contacted regarding this IP issue in the past, and the last message between us was the following—-Hi Daniel, I'm going to need an invoice with this info please and I'll put you for payment in the week following 4th january you'll get it——-I am really speechless now that they come up with this excuse..

They owe us commission since Nov 2020. Stats of traffic are way too different from our own and after that commission accumulated, 0 clicks, 0 visits, 0 everything up to now . Opened a ticket on their affiliate platform where Mr Phil Korn replied saying he contacted my associate on Skype. He never did. I then wrote to him and he kept coming out with crap to confuse me in order to not pay us then he disappeared. Contacted other 2 people from Betmaster, one was on holiday and the other one told me he needed to talk to his HO marketing director... I was on the floor laughing. Wrote then a post on the gpwa forum without even realising they are a platinum sponsor...I'd say they are less than a piece of rusty iron..Somebody's reply then redirected me here and see that I'm not the only one.. They're already unlisted from my sites and would advise anyone to not even think of joining their affiliate program.

I really understand your frustration, especially when someone has the gut to come out with such a stupid excuse. Not to this point but he did the same to me on a conversation we had firstly on their affiliate website afterwards on Skype...he tried to fool me around with things that had no beginning or end. His colleagues even worse... As you may see in my post at one point I was laughing so much as I cannot believe how they can think to fool someone in such a stupid and dirty way without realising that they may be talking to someone more intelligent than they are and in the gaming industry for more than 20 years. Hope you'll get your commission. Mine is nothing and can have a laugh about it but if the amount involved is a lot, please let's make sure all these fraudsters are exposed everywhere.

Today I checked and my payment for November was paid. Commission for December was below 500eur so I didn't send an invoice. Hopefully there won't be anymore delays. I hope everyone here gets their payment.

@nECA_BG Thanks, glad this is sorted out.

@betonline I have replied in skype regarding reasons for the delay and how we can move forward. We are here to sort out any misunderstandings that arise from our activities with affiliates and a special thanks to AGD for helping mediate these situations.

@daniel kluge Hi Daniel! Let me explain our position regarding this matter. The traffic you sent was rejected and flagged as fraudulent. Not just low quality, but fraudulent. We understand the difference between bad traffic and fraud traffic - bad traffic is simply one that doesn't convert due to various reasons and this is why tests with a player cap are done to see quality - and we pay for these tests of course because that's how the industry works. We have provided proof to the AGD team that this traffic is fraudulent and they sided with us on this issue. There was a big amount of IP overlaps, device fingerprint and gaming pattern similarities between the users. And many more factors such as similar emails, registrations coming in waves, strange payment methods used. Moreover, we did our homework and asked around and other brands that worked with you have had a similar experience. Please understand our affiliate program is created to cater to real affiliates who work hard to bring real players to casinos - we reject all fraudulent traffic - this is clearly explained in our Terms & Conditions.
