Betrebels affiliate program is not tracking players

Hello,
I started cooperation with Betrebels affiliate program on Jul 2018, and I agreed with Olga affiliate manager on some rev share deal. I put their links and banners immedietly on my webistes.
Few days ago I checked my stats - and I was shocked - I had only 1 registration with about 700 clicks

I wrote message to my affiliate manager with question why they tracked only one of my player. I received responce:

So they did not track all of my traffic because somebody found invalid promotion posted on my forum on 05.01.16 (of course it was in archive). It doesnt matter that I provided them traffic from all of my sources (3 sites - I did not promote any invalid promotion - just standard welcome offer).

Summary - They did not inform me about it per about 3 weeks and tracked only 1 registration. Also my affiliate manager lied me thad it was some "IT problem", but he know exactly that my refferal link is not working. What do you think about it?

Their replies are poor, but if you posted an offer that doesn't exist and provokes massive FS requests, I would have blocked you too. But, confirming it right away to you, not like this.

yeah they are entitled to block any suspicious or fraudulent traffic ( we all know how casinos like to call bonus hunters -> fraudsters , which is only right if theres is an actual fraud involved ,ie multiple accts, identity theft etc ) , however they are obligated to notify the affiliate before hand.

So if it was one of your users from your forum who posted the promotion did they add their own affiliate code or was your code in there somewhere? Just saying as it is being tracked to your account.

Thread with Betrebels Casino was started on my forum on 2016. One user just wrote post about 3 weeks ago "bonus wheel to use for all players". Other users claimed that promotion is working Thread was with my affiliate code.

That is a shame that one of your users has caused this issue. But what is strange is that other posters on your forum say the promotion was legit even though the company denied such. Is there a workaround delete the tracking on your forum and send them better quality from your 3 other sources? Or remove the offending post so it is no longer visible and then get back to them showing what you have down to minimize future free spin abusers and get back on track.

I do it. This promotion was valid and active. It was standard no deposit casino bonus for new and existing players. The idea of my forum is to inform about promotions.

This is one of the multiple things i don't like about this industry. This is suppose to be a PARTNERSHIP, as they so ambiguously call it. If they detect an issue coming from your end, why didn't they contact you about it. Why wait until you the other PARTNER, detect that something is wrong?
