Betshah Affiliates not Paid Jan-24 commission - UNRESOLVED

Hey can anyone help with these we worked with Betshah affiliates on January 24, and from month end no person was there to contact and our account shows blocked for some reason, we contacted many affiliate managers but they reverted as they left, and no one there.
