BetVictor on a mission to close accounts

Such crooks! We have just received an email to say our accounts have been closed due to predatory terms stating:

3.3 BetVictor reserves the right to:

3.3.2 withhold Commission and close any Affiliate Account which BetVictor considers, in its sole discretion, to be an Inactive Account. Each decision will be influenced by:

(a) the last login date;

(b) number of clicks;

(c) number of impressions; and

(d) referrals;

-Account Inactivity definition-
An affiliate account which the Affiliate:

(a) Has not logged into for three consecutive months or more; and/or

(b) Has not referred at least three active, depositing players per calendar month

If and when any terms are updated and or amended. All affiliates are informed and given the option to drop out of the program or agree to the amended terms and conditions and continue working with us.

Who else has received this?

They have been doing this for years. We got one of those a couple of years ago and they went straight on the blacklist. No big loss though as their conversion was so bad that in hindsight I can't believe that their tracking system was even working properly. Though it is a bit ironic that they shut you down due to their own inability to convert.

Did the email have their unbelievably arrogant and childish "feel free to contact us but this decision is final and will not be changed" sign-off line?

Yep - me too.
They are the only operator EVER to close my affiliate account with no good reason.
(While I still had a good monthly income, I should add).
That was back in 2011.

Eaxactly! And what i also learn from this is, no matter the size of your operation, you just can't make money with some programs.
