We've had a difficult time reaching this group too. We made contact once, and then they never responded again.

We wanted to gain access to our old account. We eventually gave up.

@MissExposé - but the program remains certified, even though, the program has not replied to AGD. Surely this contempt, can't continue to be overlooked, and continue to be rewarded with program 'certification'.

If you were owed income would you be so relaxed at not being paid, worse, ignored?
