Bluechip not paying out commission and lying about it - UNRESOLVED

Hi,

We've been working with Bluechip for about 2 years and up until November or so last year everything was fine.

More than fine actually. They've always been a pleasure to work with great conversion, payments mostly on time (just slight delays), and great communication.

However, recently, payments have been massively delayed. Our commission from January is still not paid out.

This is 1 month - 1½ months longer than what has normally been the case.

We can understand if they have a backlog because they mentioned having banking issues which were then resolved.

But they keep lying to us.

March 4: we will try to pay the January commission this week.

March 19: You will be paid this week. Your payment is of the highest priority.

March 26: Payment should be processed sometime this week.

April 1: We will do our best to pay this week

We've been great affiliates to them, but now we're losing all faith.

We have a lot of money pending (a lot for us) and will explore legal action if this is not resolved.

Whatever you could do would be highly appreciated as delays are continuing.

February commission is still not paid.

And not March or April either.

These delays are unacceptable.

Would it be possible to make some sort of announcement to gather other people affected by this?

This would help in filing a lawsuit.

They owe us over €30,000 and we've been told that a lot of people are affected by this so it's just not us.

It is still promising website updates for "Autumn 23" and while the blonde girl is very pretty I suspect that all the images are profile clips. Certainly won't be working for them in 2024.

I'll be interested to hear how your lawsuit goes - how / where you'll file and how much in lawyers fees it costs you in your very unlikely attempt to recover 30K ... but I suspect that you are just throwing good money away.

The sad part when this happens is that you can't get a more empathic and clear answer, it's always some robotic, standard apologies...If they'd be more honest and give some sort of explanation at least, one could have more understanding.
It was a good sign they paid January at least....but still. Please do keep us posted!
