Brightshare Reports Not Working

It is just very very odd that I could have several times the locked accounts in one month with Brightshare than all other places put together in a whole year.

I looked back at all of 2012 and including Jan 2013 up to today.
I found that one of your accounts had 12 locked players over the last year (avg of 1 per month) and your other account had 1 locked player over that entire time period.
At this point, I'm waiting for the reason for the locking of each account from Casino Support.

I'll get back to you asap.

I would like to know what'sup with all these locked players. I average maybe one or two locked player accounts across the board per year. With you, I have a ton of them in short succession. What's up with that? Are these people wonderful players everyplace else, but they get to a Brightshare casino and all of a sudden they have a fraud attack?

Are you looking in the BS stats to see locked players? If so where?

Well, shoot. last time I looked they were all there, and I don't remember what I was looking at to see them, I looked at everything. Today I don't see them...

In the description for the reports it says:

Players tab: Review each of your players activities, in detail, in USD.
*Note: If an inactive players account is locked it does show on the player tag.

Well that must have been a long time as I have not seen that column for months..........

if locked can not be active LOL

maybe it is better we not see and start asking questions ;D

LOL ... Go figure! Dom sees an alarming closed player report in stats, calls them out on it and now none of us can see our locked player reports! Brightshare get in touch with me ASAP I want a detailed audit please.. Oh be sure to give me the correct stats.. not the cooked up ones please...
