Buffalo Partners are now Rogued at AGD. I know they have communicated with me nicely regarding the last hacker, but it obviously has not helped the situation.

Buffalo Partners are still working with a known hacker. I am convinced that they have 'ties' to this hacker. As mentioned in the thread above, their casinos are placed on the main website of the hacker. Websites pointing/redirecting to this hacker's website are WP hacks and other hacks whereby the hacker has inserted his own content into another webmaster's website for the sole purpose of ranking/spamming casino properties. Buffalo Partners seems quite happy to take advantage of this traffic - which means they are not reliable or honorable.

Please do NOT continue to send traffic to a program that will knowingly support illegal activities.

I'm not going to lie - this is a tough one for me.

Been promoting these guys since I first launched my site in 2006 (mainly because I was a very happy player at Spin Palace and Ruby Fortune BEFORE I became an affiliate).
They have been "borderline rogue" for several years now - only due to their marketing policies (spamming and fake casino websites), but I still believe they treat their players OK, which is the No.1 priority for me.
In 2014 they were my 25th best earner from 116 programs - so in the top 25%.

Hard, really hard. Will have to think about this for a while before I decide what to do.

I'm not going to lie - this is a tough one for me.

I make nice change from them too. Though that comes from promoting Referback not Wagershare.
Though lets not forget they have a 72 hour withrawal pending state, so I'm not entirely sure that's treating their players "OK".

Aside from that, affiliates are always the first in-line to get abused in instances like this. And why are Buffalo involved in such criminal activities, money! So when their nets start deminishing in catches, who do you think will be the next bunnies in their sights... players.

More than likely we'll start to see a string of FU clause complaints to follow.

I've reduced their expose because if I cut them out altogether, I'll be slashed to 15% (Buffalo T&C's) and I ain't doing that!

If these hackings are not taking a slice of your revenue or G serps now, I can understand the reluctance to not jump on board. However, as times goes by I'm sure others will start to feel the pinch, hopefully then they too will take a stand, even if it's only reducing their exposure a bit, it's something

They have never had a 15% clause that I am aware of.

Which would mean... I initally had 15% slashed from me (was at 40%) and if I don't send any traffic for 6 months, I get a further 5% deducted, making it 20% total.

I have been out of the loop for some 18 months, only returning to work at the begin of January. Well, well, well. So Referback have been taken over by Wagershare to form Buffalo Partners.

So anyone heard a sound from Buffalopartners last months ?

I'm trying to get a hold of them due to an affiliate request, but geez I have sent them messages through their email form for 2 weeks now, not a peep yet.

My request is nothing alarming really but strange I'm not even getting a reply back.

Have anyone a skype contact at buffalopartners ? After digging around I found Andrews @ andrew.stone34. Anyone know any other ?

I received a Skype add request from Dan Pitzalis last night. Had previously made contact with someone I know at BP, who advised that Daniele is my new AM, but she was currently on vacation. Maybe that's the reason for the delay.
