Hi,

I have a question about how earnings are calculated regarding fees and charges.

Would you be able to let us know which of the following are included in the calculation, please?

- Microgaming fees
- Banking and processing fees
- Fees and or taxes in licensed markets where applicable (please expand on this, if applicable)
- Progressive jackpot contributions
- Other fees

Thanks in advance!

I have problem with entering my account. Submitted 5 e-mails to, but received ZERO replies. Strange. Does this Buffalo offer any online support?

re: old RB aff-managers...: I think they "all" (except one or two) had to leave the office within a very short time, one day in March, without the "possibility" to contact us.

Did you try using "affXXXXXX" without the quotes and X representing your numeric affiliate ID as your username login? I missed the initial email explaining the username changes and couldn't log in with my old one

Hi Arthur,

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been replied to yet. It's possible that for some reason your emails have been blocked, or it could be that there has been a delay due to high volumes. Please could you PM with your queries and also let me know your email address and name in the PM. I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Thanks so much,

Andrew

P.S. As Giggity mentioned quite correctly, it is important to place "aff" in front of your Referback affiliate ID when logging in. Thanks for mentioning this Giggity. I'll be more than happy to help if you still have any issues logging in.

Hi Dendrite,

The answer to your questions is as follows:

- Microgaming fees : While we do pay a % of grosswin to Microgaming, this is not included in the affiliate commission calculation
- Banking and processing fees : NA
- Fees and or taxes in licensed markets where applicable (please expand on this, if applicable) : NA
- Progressive jackpot contributions: Is deducted
- Other fees: NA

The calculation for Net Win, which is what your commission is calculated on, is as follows:

20.21 ‘Net Win' shall mean the Gross Win, less Progressive Contributions (progressive games only) less bonuses awarded less Non-Cash Items less Fraud.

This can be found in our terms and conditions: https://www.buffalopartners.com/terms

Hope this helps. Thanks,

Andrew

I see the offer for the free face book games pop up for USA visitors.
is that just data collection for when/if the usa market opens up?

Hi Slotplayer,

Naturally some data is being collected through the free site, but only for free play - there is no real money play being offered to US players at all at this time from any of our brands. I think that most affiliates get some residual USA traffic - if you're able to geo-target your sites then this is the best solution for you should you wish to capitalize on US traffic using programs that do accept US players.

Thanks,

Andrew

Thanks for everything Andrew! If you aren't the highest paid guy at Buffalo, you should be. If it wasn't for you, I think they would have lost a lot of affiliates.

All of my concerns have been dealt with, no more locked players and my RB deal is back in place.

Either a player is locked or is not : normally this can not be changed, curious why you say you suddenly have no more locked players.

It was an issue with the stats, they weren't actually locked. Figured it was odd that they were locked and still depositing, and it sounds like it was a fairly widespread issue that has been fixed.

Those two locked players were the only active players I saw for the first 4 days of the month. They posted on Monday that there were issues with importing the stats, and then later that day I saw a bunch of active players show up that had last played before that day, but those two players were still showing as locked.

I was told they were looking into it, and then that was fixed too. Andrew called it a "general issue" so not specific to those two players, but I guess part of the issues they had when importing the stats in the first place.

I was getting pretty worried, as I have always done well with RB and it's a fair chunk of my monthly income, but my stats are looking normal now and I'm feeling a lot better about this merge. It is still a bit of a PITA with the loss of a couple casinos, have some work to do replacing those, but we don't have to change links for all their casinos, so that's a plus.

Unfortunately I can not say that I feel happy with the stats, IMO these look different than the way it was before when they were 2 separate programs.

Basically - maybe harsh to say - but I do not trust them, something is just wrong and probably will never be like it was before.

I also have brands net revenue at 25% + the agreed % which is weird.

Hey there Inspiration,

The stats will all appear at the agreed % early this coming week - we just have to backdate the numbers from the 1st of the month to the date that the % was changed. Any further issues please always feel free to get in touch.

Thanks,

Andrew

Yeah I'm seeing that as well, but like Andrew said that will be fixed too.

I never had a wagershare account so I can't comment on that, but my stats are looking normal for RB - number of active players and revenue look about right for this time of the month.

I trust them a lot more than I did a week ago, that's for sure.
