They (BP) specifically state in their T&C's:

10. Good Faith (which applies to affiliates).

Do I believe the hacking account was terminated? No.

Though, wouldn't be the 1'st time a program has breached its own T&C's.

Yep contact their support. They wont be using ps anymore. You need to change payment methods if your stil using ps as default
