"Pay per Head" is not CPA @ $7 - $10 per player. Maybe you'd be best to gain a basic understanding of what your seeking, then start research what would suit you best.

Not to mention any specific names, but there are some pph sites that I belive may offer something similar to what you are talking about. Obviously, you would have to go over the specific numbers with them.

casinosite.com(affiliate program) ---> mycasinosite.com with my id and other logo.
This is the same site, but only on my domain with my id.



Casino head affiliates have a very bad sites with maximum 20-30 slots, not have Netent, Micro and other providers.

I thought he was looking for a pph site, if he has large depositors, why does it matter if you have to pay 5-10 a customer? My two cents.
