I don't want to fight either Daniel.

So let me ask you.

What is your best guess as to why private unique emails and other private info that only your company had is out there and being used by spammers?

If you get emails with your affiliate info then it will mean that we have a breach, but i haven't saw anything yet.

I've forwarded you the mail that you sent me few months back, and there is no private info there.

I'm here and will be glad to check that out, but i can't without having something to work with.

Best regards,
Daniel

Ahh Daniel yes you have... you have mine and you have Andy's.
Two cases...

All I can say is that the info was on the spam when I sent it to you.

Lots0,

your email is the only spam mail i received. It is spam, but i don't see any name on it.

If we have a breach, i would like to know about it and will check things the moment Andy finishes his check.

Best regards,
Daniel

Well obviously we have reached an impasse.

If I get another one, I will send it to you.

Here's a tip for you Daniel. Other affiliate programs use lie detectors on their own staff when this happens (and yes it happens all the time).

The prime suspects are always the IT guys who have access to databases, customer service reps who can easily note down the details of high value players, and affiliate managers that move companies. Seeing as this isn't a player list I would start with the IT administrators. Get them to take a lie detector test.

You are obviously in no position to know if your database has leaked. What you and every other smart and responsible affiliate program should do is seed your database with fake accounts that have contact details that lead to your own management. That's how you find out first when your database leaks. And that's two free tips for you now.

Don't come here and argue with people who have caught you out. You have evidence this has happened and instead of looking into it and trying to solve the problem, you just want to argue. Admittedly there is little you can do apart from punish whoever is responsible and admit it happened and apologise. My guess is that you will continue to pretend it didn't happen though. Its pathetic and reminds me of the DDOS thing all over again.

Hi Vladi,

Thank you for the tip..

It doesn't seem that you read any of my posts. I wrote in every post: the moment i have some direction to look at- it will be done immediately, otherwise I wouldn't be here.

Hi,

I've contacted Mike to receive a sample and to see if it indeed came from us. The thing is that I've missed that the email Andrew mentions is not from one of our RTG brands, but from Mayflower.

The situation with Mayflower is different: We do not have any access or control over Mayflower Casino for the past 4-5 months, not even access to the back office. Therefore I can't compare mails or find out if it was given or sold it.

Best regards,
Daniel
