This statement is contradicting itself. Either the player sets the limits or the casino studies the player and sets the limit. You can't have it both ways.
Bonusgeek obviously did not set the limit, so the casino must have made the decision in this case.

I've read this thread from start to finish. You've been given some great feedback. I think you should be listening very carefully to what people are saying in this thread. The input you're receiving is coming from industry leaders and veterans who know what they're talking about. If they are telling you that you are making a mistake, they are very probably right.
I suggest you lose the attitude and take what's being said here very seriously. The future of your casino possibly hangs in the balance if you fail to listen and react accordingly.
