CasinoToken Affiliate Complaint

An affiliate can set-up an account and affiliate links, but they are not considered an
active affiliate until they contact you and arrange an affiliate deal? I've never seen
that in the many years that I've been an affiliate. If you provide affiliate links and
you are receiving traffic from the affiliate, then you need to pay the affiliate the
default revenue share. Your terms & conditions only cover you so far.. and even
if they do cover you on this.. its not the type of move that will grow your affiliate base.

I still generate revenue for them - of course, they did not pay me, they are happy with free traffic. It is ridiculous, avoid this SCAM

@Guard Dog - it would seem CasinoToken are not willing to budge on their decision. Even though, they accepted referred players, and their subsequent deposits from these players, per favor of the OP (aka teamteam).

Furthermore, John made multiple references to that FU-clause; the one which allows affiliates to signup, obtain marketing material and promote said casino. However, (and according to John) until such affiliate signup is bona fide by the CasinoToken Affiliate Program, the affiliate will not be paid... etc., etc., etc.

Every legitimate affiliate programs I've worked with over the last 18 years, follows one (1) of the following protocols:

1. Either they allow affiliates to sign up (with a click wrap agreement) and commence marketing, and subsequently pay affiliates commission on NGR.
   
2. Or... a program allows affiliates to signup, but then vetoes each signup, before allowing said affiliate(s) to market their gaming property.
3. Or... cuts a deal which may involve either a Rev-Share, Wager-Share, CPA, or Hybrid deal.

I have never, ever heard of, nor have I ever experienced a program using an FU-clause, which clearly is being used at CasinoToken.com, to effectively steal rightful earnings from affiliates.

Maybe someone at AGD can reach out to John, and try to get him to see reason. If not, then I think CasinoToken.com needs to be placed into the Doghouse (aka rogued). Least doing this, will likely help stop other affiliates being hoodwinked by this trap!

Another important point I wanted to raise... While AGD is a forum for affiliates (not players), I think it's fair to include a clause I found at CasinoToken.com which is, well, stinks of clip-joint mentality.

7.10.7 When deposit is made but no registration freespins, welcome bonus freespins, match bonus or any other bonus has been taken, the deposit money is liable to a 5x wagering necessity.

This is totally unacceptable to place wagering on a straight cash deposit. Seems CasinoToken.com are in the game to fleece affiliates, and players alike...just sayin!

I spotted the 5x a week or so ago. However, as most know here, I've been under the weather for the past 11 days, and simply didn't post about it till know. Guess the 5x wasn't high enough wagering CasinoToken.com, and they've changed it to 12x

7.10.14 CasinoToken.com maintains the authority needed to wipe out or withdraw a special offer and in addition changing the criteria for utilizing the offer whenever, paying little respect to any information given in conjunction with any bonus offer.

7.10.15 The above necessities are general; then again, there may be extra conditions for particular bonuses.

Thanks guys for doing your bit to help protect affiliates and players. I think it's fair to say that CasinoToken.com is a place both the aforementioned need be informed about, and run in the other direction, from.

@teemteem - It seems like a futile effort continuing to contact CasinoToken.com, they don't care. They have NO intention to pay you, your commission. By all means, spread the story among affiliates as a warning NOT to work with these theives.

However, going to their live chat and badgering them, is a waste of time. Posting those chat logs here, is useless. More so, it may do your cause more harm than good. It's your life, your call, but I'd suggest you simply walk away.

Hi just wanted to post to all the negative reviews and posts here regarding Casinotoken have been detailed explain, responded to in every case / regardless of the end result this alone shows the level of customer priority this casino has, meaning hopefully too integrity they all want the best for each player - I have faith. I am now a member here at fairs dog and let me tell you I can’t say the same about that for any number of other casinos. If they accept players without approval or a pending application - default revshare starts here.
i can also see on the screenshots that there is a default revshare on 20% or was it 30%?
I have had bad experiences with these softswiss whitelabels before and what i did was to contact Softswiss regarding my issue (it was about 35k). A contact person from there took contact to them and i was paid a week after.
Softswiss whitelabels do have these instant affiliate tabs (they are integrated for all players to refer friends). If they dont want it, they can hide it like many other brands do.. but they didnt. This is just stealing money. They should pay the default.
also the answers from the manager just seems like they dont care about their reputation.
No matter what its good to address the issues here and let them die slowly.. New softswiss whitelabels poppin up everyday, and they all close quickly again.
I would be afraid to lose all my players to this casino, cause they only live for a limited period.
Specially when the staff seems do be arrogant.. it could have been a easy winner outcome, but they picked the shortterm winner outcome and got the long time losing outcome. Trust me.. they dont exist in 2 years from now on.
