Chasing payments yet again

I've worked with them for 4 years, and unless something changed recently...
They are SUPPOSED to pay automatically, but as per the OP of this thread, they usually have to be chased.
I have never been asked to submit an invoice.
Mind you, I haven't earned anything for 6 months as all 262 players that I referred have all mysteriously stopped playing.

Indeed, you have to write them and ask for payment each time, maybe even chase them a bit on some occasions....A lot of changes in the affiliate team there lately, moving from one AM to another...Jennifer was a good AM, hope things will be cool further on..

I hope you're doing well

We have continued to grow our team and that's why new account managers have been brought in, regarding Jennifer, I'm happy to tell you that she accepted a new role within the company. I would like to address some of the comments in this thread, so everyone knows how payments work, we never require an invoice for any crypto payments, we do require invoices for wires which is a standard in the industry, on a monthly basis our AM's are contacting affiliates that have generated a commission for either the invoice or to confirm the wallet address and we only send payments to the affiliates we have contacted, the reason behind this is because 1. Invoices are required in order to send bank wires and 2. We have had cases in which we send payments to wallets that are no longer active and we want to avoid that, with that being said, we do contact the affiliates to confirm some details before sending payments, but our intention is to send payments to the correct receiver in a timely manner, it is never to delay payments. We apologize if the process has caused any issues or delays but our team is always happy to help our affiliates and make sure everyone receives their payment as early in the month as possible. Our program will continue to improve and all of your recommendations are much appreciated. Thanks!
