Chillipartners refusing to pay commissions

Hi,
Recently had an issue with them.
Currently they owe us 680.00 EUR

We had a deal for DE and CH geos and after first month they refused to pay because they were not happy with value. They offered to continue promoting on lower deal. We don't pay commisions to you but you can continue promoting us. Simple as that. I've checked and it seems they don't even have DE and CH licenses.

Once i said that i'll post here about the situation manager Luca started threatening with legal actions for publicy ashaming their company.

Very professional behaviour. Avoid them at any cost.

First, you should check your partners before sending traffic - but no casino needs to have German license to market its product in Germany anyway.
Secondly, yes, some have such clause in its T&C (which you should have read upfront), which force you as a partner to keep details about collaboration private.
Third, i would assume, you have agreed a CPA deal and you sent traffic via social sources?

I wouldn't mention the fact about the licenses as almost everybody marketing it illegaly. But once unlicensed casino starts threatening with legal actions it sounds funny. Does it look solid? Don't complain to anybody or we will take legal actions!

... you have accept those terms and conditions as you signed up!
But actually our business is super simple. Avoid CPA deals or be so big that you are indispensable as a traffic source, thats it!
