We received the following email from CasinoLuck Affiliates

Dear Affiliate Partner,

After careful consideration and evaluation of our business
operations, we have made the difficult decision to close B2C

affiliate operations of our gaming brands, CasinoLuck.com,
NextCasino.com and WildSlots.com including the DK brands. The domains
will stay active but handed over to another company with totally
other owner group, who will run them as whitelabels. The current
company operating these brands will cease to exist. All our affiliate
activities will need to shut down.

As a consequence, we regret to inform you that we will be ceasing
affiliate operations on all CasinoLuck brands on the first of October
2024. This was an extremely difficult choice to make.

In light of this, please take check your earnings and withdrawals,
and get us invoices to invoice@casinoluck.com by no later than 15
of October 2024:

IMPORTANT: Please note that as per our Terms and Conditions (
https://cts.vresp.com/c/?MinotauroMediaLtd/557b22b037/fa5fd40db1/7970f05336 ) Payments of commission are performed during the month following
each calendar month. Payments are made via bank transfer after we
have received an invoice of the amount owed. If an invoice is not
sent to us within 6 months after the end of the month in question,
the commission for that month will be considered forfeit.

Access to your affiliate account will close on 31 of October 2024 and
you will have until this date to extract any data or reports that you
require.

Should you have any questions please refer to the FAQ link below, or
contact us at marketing@casinoluck.com .

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this process

Thanks for the update. The worrying thing is I didn't receive this via email and they are still ignoring my emails. They owe me commission since July 2023 and it is a very substantial amount. Any tips as to how to proceed?

@DaftDog I've sent them about 5 invoices over the last 12+ months and they haven't paid or responded to me.

I get the feeling given that they haven't paid me in the last 12 months and that they do not respond that they are not going to pay anyone. They owe me quite a substantial amount.

I've also just seen this: askgamblers.com/affiliate-complaints/almost-20k-debt-since-2023 very similar scenario to mine.

This is what you need to do - and tell the "new owners" that they need to honour those debts. More than likely its a change of company name and a few straw people - to get out of paying Marketing partners

I asked them in October whether we still have any open payments and this was the answer from marketing[at]casinoluck[dot]com 7 weeks later:
As per the CasinoLuck Affiliate Terms and Conditions there is a withdrawal threshold of 250 euros per brand. Since you are below that amount, no payment will be processed.

Best regards,
Finance

you are very considerate not posting their email as it is so it wont get spammed :)
Of course, they are in the Roguehouse :)
i wrote them as well. no reply. seems like another one running away with the money
The answer to us has taken 7 weeks and i honestly did not expect it. Regarding the money it don't change anything and i also believe it's only a small amount. We have already written off completely other amounts in all the years.
