I wanted to ask if anyone is having problems with programs cross marketing to your leads.

Not a problem. I should have worded my post a little better.I'm not here to derail your thread lots0 but I do think unethical cross marketing is not only a huge problem for affiliates with US traffic but it's increasing for other other markets too.
Thing is... I just caught a program red handed cross marketing to my leads.
My anger is clouding my judgment.
I guess I should drop another program... but there are no replacements.
If I drop these guys I am out of the US market.

I should have included non-us facing programs as well... <added>Done.</added>

These issues are reaching epidemic proportions.
Maybe its me and this is just the nature of the beast but I have noticed it never seems to break in my favor.

THAT is good cross-marketing (*because it is still tagged to the affiliate).
Anything else is stealing.
I agree with Tryme. There are some programs that cross-market appropriately and some who do not.
Brightshare, for example, is one who has always cross-promoted properly (IMO). I've had whales there change from All Jackpots to All Slots to VIP and were always tagged to me. I've had players that came in and NEVER played at a casino they signed up for.... were then cross-marketed to another brand and started playing.
