Hi everyone,

I’m writing this to alert other affiliates, creators, and agencies about my unfortunate and unacceptable experience with Chilli Partners, a company that has demonstrated clear signs of unethical behavior and borderline scam tactics.

My team and I ran a campaign promoting Chilli Partners brands with verified traffic, delivering qualified FTDs as agreed. We invested our time, resources, and platforms while following every guideline provided by their affiliate manager.

Despite fulfilling our part of the deal, the campaign was abruptly canceled, our account was closed without prior notice, and all pending payments were frozen with no substantial reasoning or evidence.

Their Excuses:

  • “Fraudulent traffic” – This was their main excuse, yet no fraud reports or supporting data (such as IP logs or user behavior flags) were provided.
  • “Player data misuse” – They accused us of accessing player data because users voluntarily shared screenshots of their deposits in our public Discord. No sensitive data was ever shared or stored by us.
  • Personal deflections – Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they resorted to unrelated personal remarks and referenced old affiliations to distract from the main issue.

Unprofessional Conduct:

  • The affiliate manager blocked us on Telegram after we asked for updates.
  • Communication became evasive and disrespectful.
  • Their final response was a vague “our decision is final,” again, with no proof or official documentation.

Important Note:

They also made it clear they don’t want to pay for more than 100 FTDs, even though the campaign never specified such a cap. That’s unacceptable in any professional setup, and we were never made aware of this limitation until after delivering results.

If you’re considering working with Chilli Partners, I strongly advise caution. Throughout the campaign, their affiliate managers actively encouraged us to keep promoting — even while we were already generating positive results. They gave us good feedback, reassured us everything was going well, and pushed us to drive more deposits through our audience. Then, without warning, they shut everything down. No notice. No payment. No transparency. The “fraud” excuse is their convenient way to cut ties when they don’t want to pay what they owe.

I’ve already begun taking public action, and I’m encouraging others to do the same. We’re attaching screenshots and proof of their conduct, and I deeply appreciate any support or contacts who might help move this forward — because this is nothing short of a scam, and it’s disgraceful behavior from an international affiliate company.

If any current or former employee of Chilli Partners sees this and is willing to provide information or insight to help clarify or escalate this internally, your help would be greatly appreciated, because all of them have blocked me.

Thank you.

Yes, correct.

I have more than 5 years in the industry working for multiple brands, content creators and markets not only focused on Gambling exclusively, but diverse. I have done DEALS of all kinds, both Fix Fee, Hybrid, Rev. Share and CPA, and never in my life have I experienced a scam, less like the one done by Chilli Partners company, it changed a lot my business perspective and confidence before accepting a CPA with a brand.

I think that in terms of the financial result, they're not trying to scam you, as you say, but to get back at them.

Example: if you bring them a €1,000 deposit but cost to them €5,000, is it normal that they don't want to pay you?
Free money doesn't exist.

Find a solution by only paying you for your deposit, perhaps?

Chilli Partners has thousands of affiliates all over the world. Why would they 'scam' YOU, and not others? Because your results are too low. Thats it.

I appreciate the perspective — but I’d like to clarify a few important points based on facts from my experience:

  1. Performance Was Delivered: We didn’t deliver “low results.” We brought in well over 100 FTDs, fully verified through player proof and reports. These were users who deposited real money and continued playing — this is not “low” by industry standards. In fact, we were actively encouraged by Chilli’s affiliate managers to keep pushing traffic, and they even praised the engagement during the campaign. So the narrative of underperformance just doesn’t hold up.
  2. No Transparency or Metrics Provided: If the traffic truly wasn't profitable, as they claim, where’s the data? We repeatedly asked for basic fraud reports (duplicate IPs, mismatched wallets, etc.), and we were ignored. Instead, they shut down communication, blocked us, and suddenly terminated the campaign with vague accusations and no transparency.
  3. The "Only You" Argument Fails: This isn’t just about “me.” There are multiple public complaints from other affiliates and creators who went through the same experience. This includes threads on Affiliate Guard Dog, reviews, and community posts — all highlighting a consistent pattern of Chilli Partners terminating campaigns before payments are due, especially after affiliates bring high FTD volume.
  4. The Ethical Issue: It’s not just about money. It’s about ethics: invested time, audience trust, resources, and ads spending. Chilli has been encouraging traffic, getting benefits from the exposure, and then refused to honor the agreed commission once I had passed a threshold (over 100 FTDs). That’s not “optimization” — that’s exploitation.

I'm not asking for “free money.” I'm asking to be paid for legitimate work already delivered and confirmed. This kind of treatment damages both creators and platforms, and it’s important the community speaks up when it happens. That's why this is a scam for me.

OK, but100 ftds low quality are not worth 10 ftds or 5 ftds of good quality ! j
Just take the total deposit and your commissions, and you will see...
Give us the info if you have nothing to hide ?

For your point number 3, quite a few cases have been resolved, and if many cases are not resolved, it is because other people are trying to scam them with CPA.

"This isn’t just about “me.” There are multiple public complaints"

In fact, you will see that the bad cases, the good cases do not come to complain on the forums ;) it's like Google reviews

i agree in general but the logic is not correct, the fact there are many complaints means either that there are many scam CPA or that the company scams. you dont know which one it is atm until see some proofs from either side. (there are 1000s complaints about Video Slots and its not because of CPA scam but because they shave affiliates, and many other examples).

Saying that, for some reason do have the sense that you are right in this case, but maybe we are wrong.

Thank you for your comment — I really appreciate the thoughtful approach.

You're absolutely right: a high number of complaints could point to two things — either affiliate abuse or a shady company. That's why transparency is key from both sides. In my case, I’ve repeatedly requested detailed reports or solid evidence of “fraud” or “bad traffic,” and Chilli Partners has provided absolutely nothing. No IP logs, no duplicate wallet reports, no behavioral breakdowns — just vague accusations and an immediate shutdown of communication and affiliate access.

Also, if they truly believed the traffic was low-quality or fraudulent, why let it run for weeks? Why encourage us with positive feedback during the campaign and push for more deposits from our audience? And if they block our affiliate accounts, why are our referral links still working and generating traffic they continue to profit from?

I'm open to accountability — if there’s something wrong with the traffic, show it. But refusing to pay after taking the revenue, offering no explanation, and blocking communication is a major red flag — especially when many others report the same pattern.

I hope that some high ranking member of Chilli can help, because they all just decide to wash their hands, keep the money and disappear, I have seen more than 300 of the same cases all over the place, so they are acting like a network of scammers, which is unfortunate.
