Hey guys,

I am pretty pleased to mention that my Leo Vegas affiliate account was reinstated! Many thanks for the help from AGD in solving this matter. I would also like to thank my new affiliate manager Liz, who has really helped in resolving this matter very quickly.

I really hope that other affiliates that are in a similar situation, will also hear some good news soon.

That's great, my mistake as I thought this was an older thread but have just noticed it is recent so of course there should of been no issues with lost players. DOH!

Yeah - they re-opened mine too.
Turned out I had a compliance issue on an old site I had virtually forgotten about - but which they didn't mention in their warning to me.

Got a new message with a 3 day compliance notice for one of my sites, made changes and reply within 8hrs from reciving it. Im now on the second day from that notice, lets see if my account is shutted down tomorrow - can barly wait to see.

Just found this thread. I have just had all my players stolen from me by Liz. This is the reason I was given for not being paid for the last 3 months and not seeing any earnings:


5.4 Payment Options

Under the terms of this agreement, affiliate deals require a minimum of 20 First Time Depositing customers (FTDs) within the preceding 18-month period during which the affiliate has held an affiliate account with the LeoVegas Group. In the event that this requirement is not met, We reserve the right to regard You as an inactive affiliate and at our discretion may cease and deny payment to you.

In addition, I must also refer to the following rule: 5 Modification of the Terms and Conditions

We may amend, alter, delete, interline ate or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time and in Our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on Our site. Such amendments, alterations, deletions, interlineations or additions may include, for example, changes in the scope of available Fees, fee schedules, payment procedures, and referral programme rules. Any amendments, alterations, deletions, interlineations or additions to this these Terms and Conditions shall be effective immediately upon notice, by display on the Website and/or on NetRefer (‘Notice’), and shall supersede all previous versions. Your use of the Website and/or continued marketing of Us or the Products after such Notice is given to You will be deemed as the acceptance of such amendments, alterations, deletions, interlineations or additions, or the new Agreement should these Terms and Conditions be replaced in their entirety. Be sure to review this Agreement periodically to ensure familiarity with its most current version.
