are you on skype with one of them to make sure they are getting your emails?
Dear Fiction Net:Sod it, I'll post my input. I've had just about enough of this program. The staff don't seem to care any more - blaming all delays on RTG.
They're aways on sick-leave or injured (everyone in the office?)... I've been owed money for weeks (not a lot, but not the point) due to a proper mess-up by this program sending out incorrect links for affiliates to use, and the staff appear more and more disinterested every day, just telling me to be 'patient'. And then then ask me to promote them more to 'lift my spirits'.
I'm close to shutting down all promotion of this group.

I have checked both my spam folders - but no sign of them.
I did get the automatic mail on May 1st from "Stefan" (to my PLAYER account email) - the same as I have got every month since Xmark took over from the previous operator - but my account was always set to make payments into my Casino Extreme player account, which is the way I have always been paid, up to January 2023.
I was NOT told that this had to change.
I replied to Stefan on May 2nd with payment instructions - but got no reply confirming receipt or advising if pay was being sent.
Look, the Extreme Group have been the best operator I have worked with for many years, and I would hope we can carry on that way. But I have to say, that since Ivan left communications have been very poor, to non-existent. So can we work together in a more positive way to our mutual benefit moving forward...?

Dear FictionNetCindy, you have all my details. I cc'd you in with my e-mail on 1st May. Michael has supposed to be dealing with this, but he's always out of the office or 'waiting for RTG'. It's coming up to months now and your service has fallen from excellent to terrible in a VERY short period. It's a bad look.
Cindy, I've passed the details to AGD today.
We did receive a payment from this group (I think) earlier today, so something is moving forward.
Where we have issues is a lack of information regarding a campaign we ran for this group that went horribly wrong. At the moment, I'm still in the dark as to the positon on that.

Hi MarkI definitely did not get those e-mails, unless they came from some address I did not recognise, and deleted them!
BTW, I have removed my full e-mail from your post to prevent "Spamming Scrapers" from getting hold of it. I already have more spam than I can eat!
Also, searching Skype for the name you gave produced zero results.
Taking the 1 off the end gave 6 results - are you one of them?
