FavoritoBet - Not paying out commission

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding unpaid commission from Favoritobet affiliate. In October we started our cooperation with FavoritoBet. Results where not that promising so we paused campaign due to lack of conversion. So When contacting manager next month and asking for commission, it was rejected, even tho we have brought traffic and as per agreement we where entitled to our commission.

Despite fulfilling the agreed upon terms, they currently hold our commission, so we get nothing. The brand try to avoid the agreement we had established. Currently redeposits are still coming in from the traffic. After talking with them, they dare to question our service and do not pay for it because it did not bring immediate income.

After last conversation, one of the main manager just left the conversation in Skype. Also, recently they have put in post, that was deleted, because there was some comments of unpaid commissions from other brands, so that is not only issue for us but this is a repeat act.

Fake Traffic: Our analysis shows that a significant portion of the traffic you generated comes from low-quality sources. There are numerous instances of duplicate IPs, Browsers, and other indicators of bot-generated activity. Such traffic is clearly not organic and brings no real value to the platform.

Low Player Retention: Almost none of the players generated from your traffic return to the platform after their initial deposit. This lack of player retention is a clear indication that the traffic is of poor quality and fails to meet our expectations.

Minimal Deposits: Players from your traffic predominantly make deposits of only 10 BRL (1.6 EUR), while our CPA is set at 40 EUR per deposit. Such minimal deposits do not justify commission payouts as they do not generate actual value for the platform.

Losses: Due to the reasons mentioned above, the traffic you generated has resulted in a loss of over 10,000 EUR for our platform. This clearly demonstrates that such traffic is neither sustainable nor beneficial for long-term success.

We remain open to honest and transparent communication and are committed to working with partners who deliver high-quality traffic. However, in this case, based on the outlined facts, commission payment is not feasible.

Your platform may be licensed, but that doesn't exempt you from not paying commission as the brand is created quite recently.

Fake Traffic: If we would provide fake traffic, that would not hold up with our long term partners and I would not be hear writing about your brand. Also, you have not mentioned anything about ''numerous instances of duplicate IPs, Browsers, and other indicators of bot-generated activity'. Please provide proof of that as I haven't seen any of that looking at players that we have brought. Even player Withdrawals show only one position but you can see many deposits from players.

Low Player Retention: Since we have paused traffic on 14.10 there has been constant redepositing from players already brought by us, so what are you talking about . You are clearly lying.

Minimal Deposits: Here again, they are lying, because in the results you can see that deposits are mostly over 10 euros and more. Also, you agreed to the conditions that we set and this does not exempt you from liability.

Losses: You have losses, but they are not as big as you describe, and they are only decreasing as existing players continue to deposit and play. Therefore, the argument for a one-time deposit is not valid here.

Here we see that you are not honoring the terms and conditions agreed upon between us and are also citing arguments that are not true just to avoid paying the commission.

Regarding the issue of fake traffic, we would like to point out that in 90% of cases, it involved players who made a minimum deposit of €1.60, while you charged a commission of €40 for them. More than 95% of these players never made another deposit.

If you wish, we can share screenshots here as additional evidence to support these claims.

Regarding player retention, we would like to clarify that you did not pause traffic on October 14th. Instead, you experienced technical issues and interrupted the campaign midway.

If needed, we can share screenshots here of our communication here to ensure everything is clear and transparent.

As for minimal deposits, we even set a lower baseline than you requested, yet you were unable to exceed it. As I mentioned earlier, we have material evidence for this.

The losses we have incurred, including provider and administrative costs, exceed €10,000. It would be advisable for all casinos to avoid collaborating with you, as working with you only results in wasted time and money.

Again, all your accusations are not supported as we have made notes and screenshots of our results and conversations as well, so wondering what we see differently. The campaign pausing was due to lack of conversion.

Administrative costs can be anything, so don't put it on us.

We are not the only ones that have had issues with your brand. We can write here and there but it will not lead to anything. I am mentioning the real circumstances that we faced and warning others and also want to hear if anyone has similar circumstances with your company.

We work with over 300 affiliate brands, and we have never encountered such issues with anyone else. We will definitely reject any fake traffic, as we do not want anyone misleading us or attempting to exploit us unfairly.

If you have screenshots to support your claims, feel free to share them here. We will also share our evidence to clarify the situation and demonstrate transparency in our operations. Unfortunately, so far, your actions and arguments suggest that you have not conducted business in line with the ethical standards we expect from our partners.
