I think Kindred, just want an open two way channel of communication with the affiliates that are working with them.
Well, bonustreak tried that, and they screwed her anyway.

I think it has more to do with personal friendships and placating those affiliates who could inflict the most damage on them.

They know Bryan could hurt them if he wanted to. I think he is letting them violate his written Accreditation rules mainly to protect the residual income that goes to Ted's widow and children. Once they steal from Ted's account, or from Bryan's account -- or maybe after Mark from 32Red finds a different job -- then they'll get tossed into the rogue pit.

It's not just CM. At more websites - that are usually strict - Kindred is not rogues, while their behaviour is just rogue and nothing else.

So I agree with what's stated above. They screw affiliates, but have some plan to not get rogued everywhere.

Obviously this company no longer intends to openly communicate through the forums and maintain the superb reputation 32red used to have. This issue has been pending since a very long time with no progress whatsoever.

It's their problem though - there are many casinos to put up

Generally, yes. In this case it is a bit different though as 32red used to be among the top 3 online casinos for at least a decade. Roxy Palace has also always been highly regarded. Affiliates trusted both of these brands a lot and referred plenty of customers to their casinos. It takes a lot to build such reputation but only a few weeks to destroy it.

A similar story happened with Ladbrokes a while ago, who eventually lost their credibility altogether through the application of retroactive rules and closure of many accounts. However, their casino was nowhere as good as 32red used to be.

Yea... Kindred has changed. It is hard to communicate with them. Some time ago they have blocked my affiliate account. They don't want to make a business. It's their problem though - there are many casinos to put up ;)

There are not in many regulated markets. That's the problem and Kindred knows this of course.

Kindred Affiliates decreased my revenue share to 10% from August as well, despite I was promoting them earlier only in Poland and I've stopped due to changes in gambling legislation. The situation in Poland is similar to the Netherlands, bookmakers could acquire licenses and goverment block offshore operators. Kindred is just rouge, no one respond to several messages I sent to them.

Are affiliates still getting paid? I guess I have a payment due and was told to update my details last month.

I got my payments so far.

In Lisbon, I will discuss a deal with them. A bit curious if they're going to provide me a signed document that states that their retroactive quota crap is not applicable. Otherwise, no deal.

They're rogue as ****, but in some countries, options are very limited.

I've been in contact with these guys recently after having a couple of relatively big players sign up. I figured either I get a fair deal or I remove them all together. I don't want to send players to a program that will screw me over when they feel like it. I can tell you, to get in touch with them was not easy. I basically had to go through other connections I have in the industry. Kindred are so established that affiliates are likely not that important to them other than the mega affiliates maybe.

There is no denying that their brands are superb from a players point of view, but the affiliate program is awful. We'll see how things progress. I don't need to promote them, there are plenty of other programs out there where I earn more commission, so unless I get a decent deal I will drop them all together. Better to do it now maybe, than later on after possibly having sent them hundreds of players only to be robbed.

A few days ago, we received an e-mail that our affiliate account was closed because we hadn't brought in
any new players in the set period of time required within their updated terms & conditions. We removed their
brands after they changed up their terms and they were terrible at converting new players for us even before that.

They are now in our rogue pit. It's very deep. Extremely difficult to get out.

Hm, think I will remove them all together as well. Would be awful to bring them hundreds of players and then get screwed over in the end. Not worth it imo as there are an endless number of programs to work with.

When this happened I had an agreement not to have the quota applied to my account as I was working in a very small market and casino wasn't even my main vertical. I could probably send 1 new player every 3 months, that's better than none and I got rewarded for that. Now the agreement has been reversed and they have gone back on it. Real class act that, they are fully aware as well I can't meet the quota

If you catch a thief robbing your house, you don't let them go, and cut them a set of door keys. Hey!

Kindred have proved they can't be trusted, and will renege on any agreement.

I don't understand why anyone would trust them these days, given the above

That is EXACTLY what happened to me too :(

What really makes your blood boil, is their casinos are very good and popular: players I referred to them YEARS ago are still depositing good amounts month after month - and now Kindred are keeping 100% of their profits and giving us the finger...

And some people wonder why affiliates promote unregulated, unlicensed casinos...
I'll tell you why - because they DON'T STAB YOU IN THE BACK!

Kindred is doing the Robin Hood...
Pity they can't follow suit with their affiliate partners, and stop robbing them blind
