Hello!

I was very surprised when I saw this thread..
I could say that RockSolid affiliates always pay us. And their team is very responsible and quick-to-communicate. But I'm happy to see that you got your money:)

I have been struggling to get a hold of rocksolid support via email for weeks. The affiliate manager is also not answering my skype messages. Does anyone have a contact for them where I can actually get some assistance?

We just received an update, namely representative advised that due to the current situation their team is working at a reduced capacity. Due to restrictions in their country, working from the office is not an option, and as they work from home, some of the data is not available. All affiliates are encouraged to contact support@rocksolidsaffiliates.com for any urgent matter such as payments, links, landing pages, etc.

Unfortunately there is no good news this side, I have been attempting to get hold of their rep on Skype and email but still I am not receiving any responses - is Rocksolid affiliates still operational?

We just sent a follow-up email @THM and received a generic response
"Dear Affiliates,

As a RockSolid partner you are considered family, and the well-being of the RockSolid family is our top priority amid coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns. We are closely tracking your traffic while continuing to deliver the exceptional quality of service that you expect.

We are working now at a reduced capacity but with outstanding efficiency.

Due to restrictions in our country we cannot work from the office for the time being. Therefore, access to some of the data is restricted to us. We encourage you to contact support@rocksolidsaffiliates.com for any urgent matter such as payments, links, landing pages, etc."


Some of their brans seem to be closed since end of August,
"Dear Affiliates, At this opportunity we would like to inform you that our GS casino platform provider will be closing its’ activities by the end of August 2022. We are currently using their services for three of our brands. These brands will cease to be active as of August 31st, 2022 • Africasino • SuperlinesNET • SuperWins Your affiliate manager will be in touch with you to provide links to alternative brands. We have chosen the below brands to replace the old, outdated ones: • Africasino will migrate to SuperlinesCOM (Muticurrency brand with strong mobile capabilities) • SuperlinesNET will migrate to SuperlinesCOM (Muticurrency brand with strong mobile capabilities) • Superwins will migrate to Spintropolis (Euro brand with strong mobile capabilities) SuperlinesCOM and Spintropolis brands will receive all your players and commissions will continue to be recorded as usual. Revenue share and late conversions will not be affected by this change. Please touch base with your affiliate manager at your earliest convenience in order to switch your links to the newer brands. Best RockSolid Affiliates"

Once we receive further updates we will let you know.

Thank you for the feedback @MissExposé appreciate your help on this. I have also been trying all channels to get a hold of them but no luck. At least you received a response from them, even if it says alot without saying anything

apologies for flying off at the handle here, I was mistaken as Valeri is no longer with RSA. Guess I am just kinda frustrated by the lack of action from them.....will keep trying

Thanks a lot for sharing this email! I was searching for information about Africasino. The website is working, and it's possible to register too. But the ref link is not working, and it's impossible to generate a new one (there is a banner that the casino is closed), but it still accepts players. But thanks for the update.

I am in the process of handing over my affiliate businesses and started this process more than 8 months ago. More recently a gent called nadav from aztek-ageny ask me to create an invoice and mail: payments at goldymedia ans cc him in. To date they have not paid funds or closed the axxount and refunded the balance as promised. I am at my wits end here and need this done now

We will mark this case as unresolved since we never received detailed clarification on the payment delay from the representatives.
