Sorry, forgot to update this thread. I was paid my commission. Seems they had completely "forgot" to process my payment

Nope. I've been in touch with their aff manager who put me in touch with their key account manager on Skype but have not received a reply.

I don't have one anymore. I got sick of waiting for their payments, removed their brands and stopped working with them. I have little patience for delayed payments.

Did anyone get paid by Hero Gaming affiliates yet this month? I'm still waiting. This is the exact reason why I removed their brand. Was hoping they would become more reliable and service minded so I could add them back, but seems that is not the case.

Kindly be advised we encountered a technical error last Friday, 20th November. This error affected the payment process to which some payments were erroneously generated twice and even three times.
