And why have I had multiple spams from them without ever contacting them or enrolling in anything (casino or affiliate side)?? I have gotten quite a few spam mailers from them. Just another place not to promote, IMO.

Ditto for me too. Clearly someone has shared (errr more likely sold) my player details to the casino.

Just another place not to promote, IMO.

Exactly... Was the reason I commenced the thread to begin with but didn't want to make it obvious. Besides, I figured someone would contact HP and their rep would come here to post and hang themselves futher... Mission completed ;)

How come the affy site says Instacasino has a UK licence, and at the bottom of the casino home page it says UK licensed...
But when I visit the casino website a popup says I can't play?

KK

Hey, we do have a UK license, however we are not going to accept players until the 1st of April. Hope this clears your mind :)

(removed www.)instacasino.com is operated by MT SecureTrade Limited, a company registered in Malta having company registration number C56545 and its registered address GB Buildings, Penthouse, level 4, Watar Street, Ta’ Xbiex XBX 1301 Malta. MT SecureTrade Limited is regulated by Malta Gaming Authority under license numbers MGA/CL1/954/2014 and MGA/CL1/955/2014 issued on the 19th of May 2014 and by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain by reference number 39575 N.V. Secure Trade is regulated by the Government of Curacao under license no: 1668/JAZ (CEG-IP/2014-0110).

I took a look at the site and this jumped out at me, "MT Secure Trade Limited". Guess who that is? Guts Casino.
Next port of call: https://secure.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/gccustomweb/PublicRegister/PRSearch.aspx

Searched for MT and received two (2) results.
Results for MT Secure Trade Limited.

Betspin.com and Guts.com are the only domains listed here. So what's with instacasino? Why are they NOT on this UK license?

And if it is Guts who owns this site and aff program, why the secrecy? Why the spamming? Is this why I've been spammed, Guts handing out my personal player information... Edit: Has Guts affiliate program sharing aff details with Honest Partners... Might explain how you've been spammed Guard Dog ;)

This non-transparent, covert bullshit, really annoys me.

There is no good or justified reason for it these days. IMO anyone who chooses to do it, is trying to hide something... Worse, can't help but wonder if players sent through HP will be straight link marketed to Guts and visa versa... This is exactly the sort of thing affiliates start to wonder, when programs et al, play the non-transparent card!

Edit, edit: The irony of all this, "honest" being the operative word...

Clearly Guts Casino et al is directly connect to both this casino and affiliate program. What's really disapointing, I've held Guts in a very good light since they've commence operations. Hell, their accredited at CM and get rave reviews over there. So why risk all that o_O

Hi,

Let me introduce myself, I am Havard - one of the co-founders of InstaCasino. I got the login from Nick, one of our affiliate managers.

I would like to clarify a couple of things:

For example the fact that we are on the same license as Guts, Rizk and Betspin - we are on the same platform: IGC better known as IgamingCloud.

We do have a UK license, however we have decided that we will not accept UK players until the 1. April due to changes in wording on the site and marketing messages to be sure we are following the local marketing rules.

Gaming Innovation Group, the company that own Guts.com, also own Betspin.com and Rizk.com along with the plattform iGaming Clound. Instacasino is operating on this platform and uses their license.

Also, if there is any other questions please do not hesitate sending me an email Havard(at)honestpartners.com and I will answer as promptly as possible.

I had a talk with these guys. It wasn't Honest Partners that was spamming me, it was BTagMedia - which is a Master Affiliate (Super Affiliate). So - my apologies on that one. They certainly appeared to be the program themselves, but that is only because I didn't dig very deep.

Well usually new Netent casinos convert like hell, but when signing up at Honestpartners I was thinking "I guess its a 25-30% standard deal or maybe first 3 months 40% deal" and maybe ill hola at the am and ask to get a better deal after a few months, but after checking the deal and found this topic I prefer not to have to much to do with them at all...o_O
