He most likely banned you because you made up another user name to post so you had multi accounts. You will not get support here and I have to say to you that Bryan is a friend of mine and I don't appreciate your false accusations. You flame him on every forum your allowed on. I think maybe you need to step away from the pc and go enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. Maybe you have a virus from searching for useless proxy's to get on forums you were rightly banned from.

Nitro - it's not malware on your computer and to tell you the truth, it is quite easy to ban your computer completely. There are more specific metrics than IP address to go by if a website wants to ban you. There is MAC address, server variables such as HTTP_REFERRER, HTTP_REFERRER_FOR, REMOTE_ADDR, HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR, and more.

If anything.... there is a plugin installed on the website that blocks users by proxy and then there could easily be an IP ban for you specifically.

Again - it's not hard, it's not 'illegal', and it is very common to take care of 'pests'.

It's not that easy. I was banned 15-20 times from beatingbonuses and aka23 the webmaster there is quite tech savvy and was was very keen to get me out and the only thing he come up with in the end was randomly IP banning proxies. The same goes for moneysavingexpert where i was banned more than 50 times and their last measure was to disallow to use nitro the name during the registration process.

I don't buy into the argument with the plugin cause i extensively tested it with fresh proxies too with the same result...(i've got a lot of experience with this kind of stuff during the last couple of months)

He is unable to create any kind of impulse (which isn't that much of a surprise considering his age) and supresses the people that are able to do so (this is his mistake) and more and more people start to sense that you're dealing here with a dinosaur from the past. His intelligence level is above average but nothing special and i could name quite a few people where he would go under like a stone if he would run into them and this is the patronage he doesn't want on his board. Apart from that his website isn't working at all - the rogue pit has next to no effect.

I am going to suggest this thread just get locked it is way beyond annoying now how this dude is using the AGD forum to flame another forum owner. IMO

And i am going to suggest that the affiliate guard dog should expand his approach and become the player's guard dog too...

This would create the interesting situation that affiliates would be confronted all the time with the side effects of the outfits they promote and having the affiliate and player's side under one roof would quickly weed out the rogues.

The gambling grumblers approach would make the matters worse because a dispute service should be open in the public and not secretive and it's quite obvious that they're money driven.

Given the number of affiliates in the background enough pressure could be build up by taking down the links and banners if necessary and this would work way more effectively than Bailey's rogue pit.

Since this is an industry forum the fraudsters of all sorts would not get the exposure like on CM but legitimate players could be helped quickly and effectively.

Since AGD has already the connections to the industry this kind of development would be quite useful because monopolies of all sorts are always self defeating.

And at the end of the day i am 100% sure that guard dog is one of the few figures that aren't corrupted.

Finally cassava, betfair and the likes may have a hard time to get it but a third party dispute service is necessary because mistakes do get made.

I believe in your mind Nitro you actually believe this has happened, I don’t. But let’s try the following to erase your suspicions.

1. Restart in safe mode uninstall and reinstall the following your anti virus, firefox browser, and if possible disable IE.
2. When done change your computer identity
3. Next visit your registry under find type in history, ss.com and if your feel comfortable erase those keys whose extensions are .com
4. Do not collect history not even for a second trash cookies by 7 pass overwrite encrypt.
5. find a good hex editor learn how to use

Now shut down your PC, internet connection, and router (if you have one) for 5 min be sure to unplug them (pull the CMOS battery if needed). Never assume proxies keep you hidden because in most instances they do not. No proxy is “anonymous” IMO.

Now reconnect and reinstall Firefox, Antivirus, and trial version of System Mechanic. Always open a new window when visiting a new site. Be sure you clear your cache every 2 min.

If on good terms with your IP request a newly assigned IP. I am only scratching the surface.

It appears CM has you banned why not simply respect the decision, I would.

This is all so silly. Bryan has suffered ddos attacks recently, and he sits behind a fortress now. Neither Nitro nor others can get in if not transparent, and Nitro can't get in at all because he is banned and transparency sets the ban in motion.

Found out by accident that i can access the CM forum now using my normal IP and a "fresh" browser; cannot find out anymore what was going on because i was intentionally unblocked but it leaves a bad taste.
