I totally agree, 5 posts a month is not much asked for the nice website listing AGD offers.

It may seem annoying to those that are not always active, but 5 is such a low number it shouldn't be hard to achieve if you care enough. This is also a great way to transform lurkers into posters to make a forum even more active and useful
