Important Notice: !!! Beware of non-payment of Hollycorn N.V. casinos and their affiliate programs – They Do Not Honor Contractual Obligations! Join our Class Action Against Hollycorn N.V. to Fight for Your Payments!!!
We are calling on all affiliates who have faced payment issues with new established Hollycorn N.V. casinos (through white label arrangements) and their affiliate programs to join our collective efforts to seek justice. If you've encountered similar problems, contact us at compliance@fumma.org to join our class action.
We represent Fumma LTD (formerly ITuniverse). With 7 years of experience in this industry, we are known for providing high-quality traffic, our main competitive edge. We have been cooperating with dozens of Hollycorn N.V. casinos and made multi-million euros turnover through thousands of transactions. However recently we have faced a major payment problem with one of their new launched brands (777onfire.com) and affiliate program (777onfirepartners.com) both owned and operated by Hollycorn N.V. via the Softswiss platform.
The Terms and Conditions of the affiliate program explicitly stated Hollycorn N.V. as the owning, operating and paying “Company”, making them contractually responsible for payments.
Payments for the last three traffic provided months—totaling €452,494—remain unpaid. Despite repeated assurances from their representatives, delays due to excuses like employee changes and technical issues raised concerns about financial instability or fraudulent practices.
Initially, we assumed the delays were technical, given our strong track record and multi-million-euro turnover with other Hollycorn N.V./Softswiss brands. Acting in good faith, we continued sending traffic. However, after escalating the issue to Softswiss C-level management, no resolution was reached. Attempts to negotiate partial payments via our generous offer were also ignored.
Instead, Hollycorn N.V. then took the following actions to evade their responsibilities:
1. Removed references to their ownership from the affiliate program's terms and conditions page after our claims.
2. Took down the 777onfire.com website entirely.
3. Blocked our affiliate account after receiving our legal notice.
These actions reveal their intent to avoid accountability.
Over the past seven years, we’ve experienced similar issues twice with other platforms, such as iGamingPlatform and Soft2Bet. However, those companies promptly resolved the matters and honored their payment obligations. Unfortunately, Hollycorn N.V. and Softswiss have failed to meet the same standards.
Be extremely cautious when dealing with new launched Hollycorn N.V. / Softswiss brands and affiliate programs owned and operated by Hollycorn N.V., especially ones where the Paying company is also Hollycorn N.V. They may alter terms or evade payment responsibilities despite their claims.

Hello @afeagroup/ituniverse, please note that we do not have 777onfirepartners listed with us, nor their casino. The only thing we can do is to try to contact them and notify about your complaint. If you want our assistance, please check you PM.

Hi @MissExposé , thanks a lot for your prompt response. this post was not meant to try to get your help on the matter with 777onfirepartners, we have already started legal procedures against responsible parties. The purpose of this post is to warn fellow affiliates about the issue, plus calling the other affiliates who experienced similar issues to join our class action against Hollycorn N.V.
