Inter Partners merging with Plainpartners

Inter Casino and Vera & John have always been operated by the same company. Their affiliate programs will now be merged. This message was just sent to their affiliates:

Dear CygX1,

Good news! InterPartners will be migrating to PlainPartners.com which operates on the My Affiliates network. With the successful migration of InterCasino to a fantastic new casino platform in April, we are now joining forces with our sister brand Vera & John. This will give you the benefit of having one account manager and multiple brands to promote with ease from the same platform!

On the PlainPartners platform you’ll get a whole new set of fantastic creatives to attract and convert your valuable traffic. You’ll get more reporting details and additional brands to promote under one roof.

To make the most of these new benefits and ensure our successful and growing relationship continues as smoothly as possible, we will require some action from you. Please note the key steps below.

1. Affiliate Account

Do you have an existing affiliate account at PlainPartners?

1. If YES, kindly send us your PlainPartners account details (username or email) by 31 January 2017
2. If NO, kindly open an account at www.plainpartners.com and once it’s done, send us your account details (username or email) by 31 January 2017

How do I submit my PlainPartners account details?
Please send a message using the InterPartners internal system , indicating your PlainPartners Username which can be found in top right corner of screen once you’re logged in or send us the email you registered with. If you need any help with this process, please contact affiliates@intertain.com

2. Commission

All commissions for activity on InterPartners up to 31 January 2017 will continue to be credited to your InterPartners account. As an exception to the usual $50 minimum threshold rule, all balances above $20 will be paid by 15 February 2017 provided we have your payment details. Any balances below $20 will be transferred to your PlainPartners account by 15 February 2017provided you have submitted your PlainPartners account details (username or email) by 31 January 2017.

Any affiliate with a balance below $20 who does not provide us with PlainPartners account details by 31 January 2017 will forfeit their balance.

IMPORTANT:
IF YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED A PAYMENT METHOD OR SUPPLIED YOUR PLAINPARTNERS ACCOUNT DETAILS BY 31 JANUARY 2017, YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION TO CONFIRM YOUR IDENTITY IN ORDER TO CLAIM YOUR COMMISSIONS.

3. Tracking

Once you have a PlainPartners account, please replace all your old creatives and links with those from the new system. Don’t worry about any tracking being lost during the transition; we will automatically redirect your InterPartners account traffic, if you give us your PlainPartners account details (username or email) by 31 January 2017. Move as soon as you can! Replace your creatives and tracking with the new creatives in MyAffiliates for optimal performance and reporting of new players.

Upon migration, all your existing players will be transferred and tagged to your PlainPartners account provided we receive your account details (username/email) by 31 January 2017.

4. Historical data

No historical reporting data will be transferred , therefore please make sure to download and save any data/report from the previous years/months

5. Important dates!
31 January 2017 – email or send us your PlainPartners account details (username/email)
31 January 2017 – last day to access InterPartners

6. Claiming your earnings

If you have not yet set up your preferred payment method in the InterPartners system, please do so immediately. Once the InterPartners system is migrated to PlainPartners, your current InterPartners username and password cannot be used to verify your account, and you’ll need to submit KYC documents manually.

7. Commission Structures and T&Cs

Provided you send us your PlainPartners account details we will be sure to apply the same commission structure you have been on at InterCasino until 30 April 2017. Thereafter the PlainPartners commission scheme tiers will be applied to your account going forward. Below is the current InterPartners scheme compared with the Plainpartners scheme:
