Interpartners new terms?

At InterPartners’ discretion you may open a new Affiliate Account provided that no Referred User or Referred Fees associated with your previous, dormant account shall be associated with any new account you open and you shall have no entitlement with regard to any such Referred User or Referred Fees.

While the current T&C's version has been updated, it still contains a minimum player quota. If they want to enact such a messure, then only do it to new signups and not retrocatively force it onto old partners, who, Interpartners had previously promised, to pay, life time revenue, void of this caveat.

Now I understand what confused me. The questionable term on the website does not correspond with the term when logging into the affiliate account.

This is what is posted on the website (xxx.interpartners.com/2014/11/terms-and-conditions-5/)...

...whereas thie following term is posted when viewing the T&C through the affiliate account (affiliates.interpartners.com/members/terms_and_conditions.asp):

iv. Your Affiliate Account shall be transferred to default Revshare commission as described on interpartners’ Commission Page if you fail to deliver at least one (1) new player per month for 6 consecutive months.

However, both versions of the T&C claim to have been last updated on 17/12/2014. Mhh

Because of the IA revelations and IA actions behind the scene I removed them from my website as every other IA program. Other problems of Interpartners are the commission reduction (others don't do it) because of new European tax agreements for online casinos.

Promises in this industry are like drangonflies, riding on the wind.
Beautiful to see.
But they stay for only a short time.
Then it is over ... like all the promises.

The T&Cs are not updated on the website because of a technical reasons, and I hope that the tech dept. will fix the bug soon (for updating the website interpartners on the HP).

And this phrase is saying that in case you do not manage to deliver 1 FTD in 6 month, then your account will be on default revenue share as displayed here > http: //www. interpartners. com/commissions/

I think that this is very fair and as far as i know there many other big online casino brands which have this phrase as well as above.

after all what my family has done for your brand behind the scene, it is really interesting, that you are not take the time for only a handful of words regarding what I have wrote here, not here and not at the German affiliate forum, and you can speak perfectly German.

Perhaps you have forgotten, that at the time, Kristal was representative, your "new" Intercasino in the German version was flooded by link errors and spelling mistakes. My family has fixed for you more than 20 different technically and visual errors without having any benefit.

Please clarify what you are referring to as default revenue share? Does this mean that commission will be reduced to 20% if an affiliate does not manage to deliver 1 FTD in 6 months?

Concerning the regular revenue share for new and existing affiliates, if I understand correctly this has now been changed from the following table...

Player Revenue - Commission % Paid

$0 - $15,000 - 25%
$15,001 - $25,000 - 30%
$25,001 - $100,000 - 35%
$100,001+ - 40%

...to:

Number of First Depositing Players - Revshare
0 - 20%
1-9 - 25%
10-29 - 30%
30+ - 35%
