So, I have heard that someone who owned paypalcasinos.com faced legal issues running that website.

Do you reckon I can safely build bokucasinos.com without facing legal issues? Will affiliate partners work with me?

It depends on multiple factors. The main issue with paypalcasinos.com was likely the use of the "PayPal" trademark in the domain name. Companies like PayPal have strict trademark policies, and using their name in a casino-related site could lead to legal action or domain suspension.
With bokucasinos.com, you might have fewer risks since “Boku” is a payment provider, but it’s still a registered trademark. If Boku decides your site creates brand confusion or implies an official partnership, they could take action.

As for affiliate partners, it depends on the networks and brands you work with. Some might not care, but others avoid sites that could trigger legal disputes.

Well, just look on the internet and you'll see everything there.

I would strongly advise against creating such site. In the past i have done a similar thing (not for a payment provider but a software) in 1 month the company reached out to me and took the domain away (or i would face legal actions). All your work can just vanish in 1 day so it does not worth it
