IWAAD Group Ltd. (Woopwin / Happy Hugo) - not paying commission

Hey everyone, we're experiencing problems with IWAAD Group Ltd. (brand: Woopwin / Happy Hugo), as our pending commissions from March, April and May still haven't been processed. These 22,950€ commissions have been confirmed by our AM Zlatan long time ago (June and even before), and we're waiting for our payment since then. They first asked us to wait, and now it's been 2 months they don't even answer anymore. I see that we're not the only ones facing this issue. Did anyone manage to get paid and do you have any suggestions to recover our commissions?

Hello, the affiliate manager got back to us thanks to you.
I made a mistake in the due amount, which is 3,550€, and not 22,950€. I apologize!
Nevertheless, it's been 5 months we are waiting for these 3,550€ and the payment is still not processed. I hope that we'll sort this out asap as the AM said that it should be paid this week.
I'll keep you posted once we'll receive our payment.
